I am very happy with both experiences. The first time they came out to inspect the cause for why my HVAC wasn't working. Cord was very diligent and discovered the issue with my very old system. Unfortunately due to how old it was, I decided to get something new, and energy efficient. I contacted Cord and he responded promptly and worked with the price range that I was comfortable with. Do NOT use this company! Although they had a quick response time, they did their best to try and gouge me for up to $2,000, which is absolutely ridiculous. After consulting with 2 other HVAC professionals, they agreed this company was trying to take advantage of me. I'm getting my AC fixed and it's costing approximately $300, not between $1,500-$2,000 as topflight indicated. Do your homework because there are a lot of shady businesses who will prey on people who they think do not know what parts/labor cost. The tech's (Cord) answer when I confronted him about the price gouging was "they have to make money" and "they are a business". I believe in businesses making money, however I do not believe in price gouging. Beware of Topflight- find someone with scruples. read more

Had am emergency issue with my heat pump. Had been away for the weekend and come home to find my AC head flooded my attic. All the other companies I had called could not schedule me and fortunately I found top flight. Call them at 3:00 and by 5:00 had Sam and Juan at my house to fix my issue. Unfortunately I was advised that my 24-year-old system was an old outdated refrigerant and although they offered to repair the system for me, they were happy to explain and show me what that would have taken and for me a replacement with much more sensible. The very following day Sam and Juan came back out and installed a variable speed two stage communicating system that I just can't stop bragging about! LOL oh, and! I have 2 years of maintenance so I'll make sure to have cookies and Gatorade ready for these guys when they come out. What a hard-working company.
