Even with not living there for 3 months, they still go above and beyond. My mail order pharmacy sent my medication to my previous address there and would not resend it. I contacted Nadia and let her know the situation, she was extremely attentive and was able to track it down and secure it for me until I was able to get it picked up. I really appreciate all the help that we endured in our time as residents there and will continue to recommend those looking for a great apartment in a great location of the south bay, to them. I HIGHLY recommend you take into consideration the comments on property management (aside from Kelli - she is relatively new and does try to help this goat rope of a company She is extempt from this review). While the "area" may be decent, the apartments are poorly and cheaply put together. Paint splatters everywhere, cheap appliances, no AC, huge gaps underneath the island connecting to the floor, garage storages are disgusting, and that's just a few examples. This isn't even the biggest and most disturbing issue. I say again - It's property management! One person in particular = NADIA! Nadia is only responsive when it benefits her. Otherwise, you will not hear from her. She contacted me three times for my renters insurance despite this already being sent to her via text twive AND then the 3rd time threatened to charge me for not having it on file. What's mind boggling is if what I provided wasn't sufficient documentation there should've been communication. Not one time! She even said thanks when it was provided. I digress. She rides around on her golf cart to walk her dog, leaves work early to pick up her daughter & doesn't return (I can't even begin to tell you how many times I tried to catch her in the office - never there!), and doesn't even communicate to her co-workers about the issues on this property. Kelli had no idea I was moving out. Nadia knew the day I moved out, when I followed back up and randomly stopped by because of the lack of response, and NOW I've asked about my Security Deposit twice with absolutely no response. She informs owners of what is needed to improve the property and tells the owners the pros and cons of the improvements and why the improvements need to be done. When tenants report of an issue with an appliance or the heating or air-conditioning, she takes of it; if a new appliance or new heating/AC system is needed she informs the owners. Julia, also, responds to emails and phone calls timely and patiently. I appreciate her and thankful that she is managing my condo.

When something goes wrong with the property, she has her own people doing the repairs and charges you more than the job requires. After non renewal of property managing their contract, Julie filed a form with the city business compliance division for non business license for residential leasing income. She is a whistleblower! I have all my city permits for my house and ADU, but if you do NOT, do not take a chance to hire her. When she collected her Zelle cash payments, I am sure she didn't report that to the IRS. He and I both found this company to be a pretentious and discriminatory property management company that engages in unfair rental property communications and actions with applicants and caters to affluent Rancho Palos Verdes and other upscale property applicants. Processing of affordable housing applications, including Section 8 applicants from elsewhere (such as San Pedro), is poor. Also got the runaround from this property management company in 2022 on a prospective rental, as well as in early 2023 about rentals they could've processed, but neglected to do so for various 'reasons' (which were excuses from our point of view).

A few months go by and the house is on the market for rent for $4300. Don't waste your time moving in any of the homes she represents or you will regret it! I asked her to give me until the end of January and she ignored me with no empathy or compassion. I paid my rent on time, kept the place clean and did my own maintenance.
