We had the brisket platter and the sampler. The brisket platter came with two sides and we picked the funeral potatoes and mac n cheese. The brisket was decent and the sampler was the star of the show! The ribs were well done and the pulled pork was exceptional. The brisket for both dishes were very dry and needed to be doused with subtantial amounts of bbq. Overall, brisket platter is not worth it but the sampler is! Service is top tier here!

We called in a pick up order this time because they no longer accept orders through their app. You…read moreget redirected to their website but the data on the Menu and Online Ordering links differ as to what entrees and sides are still offered. Example: the Menu shows "seasoned" fries as a side and Pork Master as a Sandwich choice. Neither are still offered in Cedar City. The Online Ordering link offers quite a different list of item in comparison to the Menu link, and has very few item descriptions. Just name and price mostly. I had always ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork sandwich but the gal on the phone kept referencing a smaller pork sandwich which I didn't think I ordered but I ended up with an order for the Mini Pork Sandwich being placed for me. It was the size of a hamburger and was good. My husband usually ordered the Pork Master sandwich but that exists only on the incorrect Menu link. He ended up ordering the Smoked Brisket Melt which he said was okay. The differing links also confuse you as to what sides are offered with the entrees. When asked what side I wanted with the Pork Sandwich I was offered with only fries or tots. That was not what I thought I saw in their online order form which showed more options - several new ones and missing some of their previous offerings. I told the gal this and she agreed to give me the mashed potatoes - this time. So that sounds like they are not an option with the Mini Pork sandwich. We both ended up with mashed potatoes as the sides since we'd had poor experiences with how the sides end up after the ride home. The tater tots lose their crunch during the 10 minute ride home and arrive home soggier than you'd get in the restaurant. Pork Belly's in Cedar City had also discontinued the delicious seasoned french fry . Instead they offer plain fries which were disappointing on a prior order. The mashed potatoes needed a little salt (I'm am not a person who salts restaurant food). Maybe they had some garlic in them? They charge a 7% To Go fee. The original owners are long gone and under the new management, my husband is over ordering anything from this Pork Belly's now. Too many of the favorites that kept us coming back are gone and now only exist online in their historic Menu link. TIme to BBQ elsewhere.

Friendly staff and plenty of tables to choose from in the 6pm hour of a June Saturday night. We…read moresat at a worn table in the back section and figured out what we wanted to order. I chose the Enchiladas Tricolor which was a good opportunity to try their mole, red and verde sauces on chicken, cheese & pork respectively. Comes with beans, rice & interestingly ... coleslaw. My husband chose the Burrito Asada but didn't want any pico de gallo. The waitress asked if he wanted the guacamole and the red sauce on the side to which he said "Sure". I think he's lucky the red sauce was on the side as he could only describe it as "weird, very strange, not good." I tried it and thought "thin vegetable soup ". The kitchen forgot to put the melted cheese on top so his burrito in the picture is very plain looking. He added the guacamole along with the beans and rice to each bite of the burrito and thought that added some flavor to it. The asada was just bland beef with no evidence of a marinade or spicing. My Tricolor Enchiladas plate had 3 enchiladas, beans, rice & coleslaw- & only half of those 6 items were tasty. I was intrigued by the coleslaw and liked it so I ate it all first. I ended up taking sone from my husband's plate to cleanse my palette after I finished eating my meal. It helped clear out the weird pork gravy taste that was the sole flavor of the chile verde. It was so different from other chile verdes I've eaten before. This one had no citrus notes that would normally come from having tomatillos in it. The pork did not improve my outlook. After my first bite I cut the enchilada open to see if the pork was fully cooked. It was pinkish but seemed cooked. It just had that partially raw pork flavor to it. The other 2 enchiladas were good (chicken with a slightly sweet mole sauce and the Classic Red with cheese). I think that same veggie tasting red sauce my husband encountered is their "Classic Red" sauce. The sour cream dollop on this enchilada kinda overtook the sauce so I didn't mind it - didn't miss tasting that sauce here. Sadly the last 2 components on my plate - beans & rice were really lacking. The beans seemed a bit salty but had little flavor despite that. The rice appeared to have no seasoning in it - very bland. Mixing the two together didn't improve either. Adding one of the 2 tasty salsas (red or green) that came to the table with the just slightly greasy chips did help the rice. I noticed a pool of oil/ grease accumulating behind the enchiladas (see picture). Not a good sign for flavor to me. The waitress said the restaurant has been around for 22 years and the booth we sat in showed it. My side of the booth seemed to raise me higher than normal above the table while my husband's side seated him at the proper height to the tabletop. My husband said his Strawberry Margarita was good and thought he could taste the tequila. I had a sip and wasn't sure if it was tequila or the triple sec in the background but thought it was a decent strawberry margarita as it was not overly sweet. I noticed the price on the menu $8.99 was not the price we were charged ($9.99) for his "house margarita ". All other pricing on our receipt matched the menu. Also on our receipt there was a Card Total and a lower Cash Total. We had already planned to pay cash. There's too many other Mexican restaurants in Cedar City to ever go back to La Casa DM.
