I didn't take a picture, but I will say that I ordered two sandwiches for myself because they were fairly small. One was a 6 inch Philly cheesesteak and another was a pastrami on a pretzel bun. They tasted pretty good but I ended up spending 30+ dollars for two sandwiches. I don't think total they were 30+ dollars good. Maybe my appetite is too big? I thought about that but I usually get one large sandwich cut in half and eat both, and this was about the same. My bread was stale, tough and chewy. The tuna had so much juice it was soaking the bread. I can't believe I had such an awful experience at Togos! My daughter's sandwich had stale bread too. Kids meals are over priced, they make pricing everything separate. One employee the owners have wasn't friendly at all. Totally hated her job. They're only here for 6 months but still wouldn't recommend. Very few low tables to accommodate children or elderly. read more

They water down the auju until it's a disgusting brown water. It's in their other reviews on Google, so it seems to be a consistent practice. When I called them a man who claimed to be the manager told me I was blaming him, I was rude, and I was cussing. None of which happened. He told me the only way it would be resolved was to drive back from Anderson immediately to return the item. Why if they have 2 months of online reviews that say this is their practice should I have to drive back immediatel? It wasn't until after I left I recognized he was watering it down as we were there in a large clear plastic food container. They are scamming people using cost saving measures but at the end of the day the prices are corporate and im not getting any savings from their unscrupulous skimming practices. While I was around the shasta county and I stopped by the Togo's and as I was exploring their sandwich options I came across the Cali veggie sandwich and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, it's loaded with veggies. We're talking fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, pickles--the whole garden, basically. And then there's a thick layer of avocado (not that sad little smear some places try to get away with). Creamy, fresh, and a decent portion. Overall it's flavorful and delicious. The staff was polite and sweet and they helped me out with their options. Lastly, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed. I enjoyed every bit of it. I would come here again !!! read more

I went here the day of the opening. Not bad. Today we went back. After taking the boat out we thought grabbing sandwich's on the way home, sounded good. We walked in and we're ignored completely by 5 high school kids employed there. No help or direction. Just stood there. They have to print the receipt before they can talk to you. You use a screen to order. They do have 1 person they allow to take orders . I don't recommend unless you know the kids that work there. Togos makes great sandwiches while this Togo doesn't even try. Back to Jersey Mikes for us. The girls just snickered to each other as we tried to order. It feels like you have to know them or they are reluctant to help you. This experience gave us a cult vibe. Togos is my favorite sandwich chain so I was excited to see a Togos coming to Redding. That being said, in the probably 5 times I have come to this location I have not once had fresh bread. It has been stale every time which entirely ruins the sandwich. If they can figure out the fresh bread I'd be a frequent customer. read more

It took us 26 minutes to get two sandwiches and then they were just OK. Only two employees meant only one making sandwiches for much of that time. They also have kiosks which means more orders being taken than being made. I wasn't told I'd be charged extra for cheese and my 3" sandwich rung up incorrectly, but the employee reimbursed me for both. Disappointed. read more

First time at the new Redding location on Placer Rd. and was not impressed. The young lady who took my order obviously had other things on her mind. I gave her our order for two sandwiches and she asked me three times to repeat each order. Basic sandwiches ... got home and my husbands sandwich (turkey/Swiss w/mayo and pepperoncinis, salt & pepper) there was barely any turkey and rather than Swiss she used provolone,p. The peppers were not sliced as is normal for a sandwich. They were whole (2) and about 1.5" long. Really? I ordered an Italian and told her nothing special, just what the menu shows. So now she starts asking "what kind of cheese, do you want" and then do you want this and that and that and this. I kept saying I only want what it shows on your menu for an Italian sandwich.
