My family and I have had nothing short of the worst experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and shop around and try smaller companies. In June 2020 we bought our pool and spa from AJ in the Suprise AZ center. The sales from AJ was fine, but it has gone downhill from there. Its now 2021, over 6 months later and we have a hole in the ground with steel rebar, and thats it. No one has been out to work on our pool in 2 months. Shasta blames Covid as to why ShotCrete hasnt been performed, but 2 homes in our neighborhood who went with smaller companies have had their pool STARTED, and FINISHED since October, which is when our dig began. We went through Shasta's lender, which was horrible, it took over 2 months to complete the loan. We went weeks without hearing from them after turning in documents, etc. We were then told once the dig started ti would take 4-6 weeks...that was 12 weeks ago, and its not even half finished. Were still told (after us after to call, and email repeatedly) that were on "the list" for ShotCrete. This is all after 3 weeks ago we were promised ShotCrete would be here next week. We were told the same about the excavators, and the plumbers (which we waited 3 weeks for), and the steel workers. Shasta has been paid, not in full, but our required checks given to them as agreed too, and yet nothing has been done. Do yourself a favor and shop around, Palo Verde Pools, Lakeside Pools, Monster Pools, Thunderbird Pools. All were comparable in price, and there pools are completed in our neighberhood while my Shasta 'pool" is just a hole in the ground. Im now paying on a loan for 6 months without anything to show for it, and Shasta cannot even return phone calls or emails. Horrible company. read more

Signed contract in February just now got a hole in September and the company used to excavate 5 point made an absolute mess pictures attached. I'm afraid of what's next they don't seem to care if your home is damaged I don't remember signing that in the contract just disappointed. Completely disappointed in the service of construction for our new pool. Pool construction has been sitting at a stand still for few months with exposed rebar making it for hazardous conditions. No communication except the occasional email we don't know when your project will be completed. Have had several different superintendents. Can't get anyone on the phone when calling except for the receptionist who can only keep transferring from one person to the next in hopes someone picks up their phone. Now these exposed rebar have caused injury to one of my dog's. Thank goodness she's alive and only need stitches. Do you think when I called someone would answer their phones after explaining to the receptionist my issues. Now we sit and wait let's see how long they take to respond. KB read more

Worst customer service ever! My husband, Reuben Washington, originally got a verbal estimate for installation of handrails for our Shasta pool and spa on January 27 by Joe. He was to send a written estimate by email. Reuben made 6-7 calls requesting the written estimate with no response for two weeks. Finally got it. We then made at least a dozen calls to schedule the work and was told by the receptionist someone would get back to us. Still has not happened-no response at all! When we called the service department, we got a recording saying we were first in line. No one ever picked up and then we were disconnected. Shasta must not need the work and reading the many other negative reviews, this must be their way of operating now. They were not always this bad. Totally disgusted! read more

ABHORRENT EXPERIENCE. 9 month pool build that should have taken 3 months. Paid a premium $$$ price for a HORRID experience, service, attention to detail, follow-through, accountability, professionalism, etc. This was my 3rd Shasta pool since 2007 (4th if you count my sister's) and will be my last Shasta pool. I used to love and refer the company at every chance, but not any more. And, they did NOTHING to try and make anything right or try to make up for the terrible experience they gave me!!! I contracted with Shasta Pools on June 21, 2022 for the new construction of my backyard pool and spa. Thirteen months later I had a finished product. The beginning with the sales woman was great. Design wasn't too bad. However, layout is where the problems started. The measurements were off, but I could not get anyone to address it. The lack of communication internally became very apparent. There was a 3-4 week delay just getting someone to listen to me. After going back and forth, finally we moved on. I was assigned a project coordinator, who said she would call weekly with updates. That did not happen. She was gone at one point in the process and no one picked up her duties or let me know of her absence. I got notice that a contractor had shown up to work and the gate was locked; I had not been notified at all that they were even coming. Excavation went ok, as did plumbing, electrical and rebar, but had delays between contractors. Then I waited for months for the shotcrete; their excuse was COVID-related supply issues even though I contracted with them post-pandemic. After shotcrete everything was a wait sometimes up to 6 weeks in between deck installation, tile, in the floor cleaners, finish tile and interior finish. My yard was tore up for 6+ months. I called and emailed to complain multiple times, but every time, it accomplished zero results. Overall my experience with Shasta Pools was very frustrating. They are poorly organized from start to finish. They are banking on the end product. Although I am pleased with the end product, I would not whole-heartedly recommend Shasta as a contractor due to the lack of value as a paying customer and poor organizational communication. read more

We found that Shasta Pools is not interested in communicating with their clients!!! Not only do they not care about the clientele, they themselves within their company have no clue about what's going on! Shasta Pools did a fantastic job with the construction of our pool in Wickenburg. They started construction right when they had scheduled and we had an incredible pool 3 months later. The process moved smoothly from start to finish. Each and every person that was involved with this project was professional, courteous and had a great work ethic. Especially helpful were Sarah Sagadin and Kevin Thompson. Sarah was our Construction Project Coordinator and Kevin handled all inspections and kept things moving like clockwork. I wrote an early review when we were in the thick of shotcretegedon 2022 ~. Update!!! Here we are at the end of the build just when you think it's getting good - NOPE!! Would you believe, Shasta is now asking for a mysterious $3000. Yup you read it right!! Only took 8 months to get this far - all inspections done just waiting for pebble tech and well... water. Called about 5 times only to get an email back - because who wants to deliver the bad news over the phone after 8mo of nothing but issues, right? The email simply reads - just wanted to let you know we can't move forward until we figure out the 3k - working on it. I now that's not what you wanted to hear but eh!! Okay well that's what I read. All I know is our home builder asked Shasta how much to hold back for the pool - Shasta told them - we signed on the dotted line for that amount. That's it!!!! We have retained legal council in the even this gets even worse because now it's just down right ridiculous. We have signed paperwork and their acting like we stole a whole ass pool. All that to say if you decide to go with Shasta as your pool builder, I suggest one helluva psychiatrist. They have ruined the love of the pool and I would never ever do it again. We signed a contract with Shasta Pools in February 2021 and told completion by August 2021. We have a hole in the ground that has nothing being done for weeks and now told we won't have plumbing until October. We're getting the run around, our contact person has little concern for how it inconvenienced us and seems to only know how to read off a script. We've invested a small fortune for this and have a mess in our back yard. I'm tired of hearing the excuse, it's because of Covid. If they're taking on too many clients to fill the order, then they need to re-evaluate their business priorities. Very disappointing. I've built 2 pools / spas with Shasta over the years. Now that I am in need of service they are non-responsive and do not return calls as promised. When I am able to connect, they seem totally uninterested in trying to resolve my problems. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. My pool is finished! Almost!! After 10 months of construction on a 10,000 gallon pool which is not very big, I filled my pool after 10 months. Two neighbors had a Presidential Pool completed in 2 months!!! The delays, I'm told, we're industry wide. I don't know if that is true or not true, but when I asked what the delays were, I was told it's industry wide. industries like subcontractors you mean? Or parts sitting on barges off the Long Beach coast?? 10 months?? Ill take some responsibility for delays as I changed some deck and I ordered laminars after the original plans, but that might have been 2-3 months, thus putting the pool at a 7 month build. i bought the pool at the time I bought my home in what was referred to as a "dig and hold" meaning Shasta would dig the hole while the house was under construction and prior to the block wall being built. Shiiiiit!!! I emailed Shasta probably four times saying things like, "we're getting close to block wall, guys!" "One side of the block wall is up, guys!" When they finally dug, the entire block wall was up snd of course they had to demolish part of the wall to get a mini bobcat back there! But wait! There wasnt enough room for even the mini bobcat to fit between the block wall and the stucco'ed house so they billed ME for an extra small mini bobcat! I reminded them that they screwed up by not digging before the block wall was built but that didn't matter to them! I was told multiple times, "Well WE'RE not paying for the mini mini bobcat!!" Get the hell out, you bastards!! my son owns a pool with a large Baja step and a mini light on the side of that Baja step. I wanted that in my pool. The salesman told me I couldn't have it because Pentair wouldn't allow the mini light in that shallow water. What??? I showed him a picture of it and NOPE he refused to do it! So my big step is now the second step which is much too deep to sit in a lounge chair and relax like you would on a Baja step. The electricians didn't place the the mini light conduit properly and the step had to be jackhammered out in order to re position the conduit. In the process, they broke the plumbing pipe to the popups. Ok shit happens, but it was just another thing in a litany of setbacks. It was the constant, "So and so sub will be out today to do (whatever the job was)," and then the sub wouldn't show for two weeks, and nobody bothered to explain why. It wasn't until I texted customer service to inform them of the no-show that they were even aware of the no-show. I do not blame customer service for this endless snafu. Gina and Alexis in customer service were awesome!! Salesman Dean Wilde. Total company man and screw the customer. When I presented Dean with a lower price from Presidential he convinced me that Shasta was better, and then he told me that when my pool was finished he'd give me $500 to go to my school. I thought that was a very nice gesture and I told him I'll create a $500 scholarship, and him and I could collaborate on the criteria for this scholarship, and we'll present the scholarship to my school in my name and Shasta Pools name. Dean like that idea. Now, who would forgot a conversation like that? Apparently Dean Wilde did. When my pool was near completion I emailed him and asked how he'd like to move forward on the $500 scholarship and he conveniently told me he didn't remember the conversation, then threw in a sad story of COvid which had ZERO to do with his original offer or his follow through on that offer. Then he told me he doesn't even have $500!! We'll no shit Dean, I didn't expect YOU to give me $500! When you said you'd give me $500 I thought what any reasonable person would have thought - that you'd have clearance from your supervisor and that you'd write it off as a company expense under DONATIONS! But to tell me you don't remember the conversation??? That is a conversation people don't forget! But you screwed me, Dean!! Quite the company man!! Is that $500 worth the illwill instead of the goodwill? Is that $500 worth a bad review? I was going to ask Dean to put it in writing when he first told me , but I trusted the guy!!! Stupid me!! As I said, the customer services ladies were very helpful, but they're only as good as the information given to them. I wish there would have been much better communication about my pool from the actual project manager Ray. I'm sure he's a busy guy, but an occasional phone call re the progress or lack of progress would have gone a long way with me. So often you get those surveys after you deal with a company and they ask you if XYZ Company made you feel important or valued. Shasta doesn't make you feel important at all. Quite the contrary. They made me feel insignificant and like I was a bother to them, except CSR's Gina snd Alexis who really tried and we're constantly being placed in shitty situations. read more

Our pool is about 2 years old. We have had problems since day one. Build time was longer than told which is whatever but the real problem is trying to get things fixed. Pentair has been great whenever something breaks like our heater has needed two repairs both done within a week or so of calling and our salt cell recently broke and they came out within a week and replaced it. As for trying to get shasta to fix anything it seems to be impossible. We have had travertine that is missing its top layer for over a year and our spa and pool light are rusty. Our spa light is the worst with rust now running down our pebble sheen. My husband has called about it a few times, I have called about it a few times, a guy that came out to fix our water leveler was so nice and helpful even took photos of the lights and travertine and sent them in to shasta to try to get a diver out, this was months ago and shasta has done nothing. I even ended up getting the superintendents number, he came out and did the same thing, took pictures, said they will need to get a diver out and took them off the travertine. I followed up with him a few weeks later via text and he said he emailed them again to see what was going on and we have still heard nothing. So our pool continues to get rust all over it and look horrible. All of these issues and our pool is only 2 years old. Maybe we will hear something in the next two years but I won't get my hopes up. Without have had 4 of our friends ask if we would recommend shasta and we just laugh and give them the company that did my brothers pool. If you choose shasta good luck. read more

We signed our contract in February 2021 and were told that they were experiencing longer turnaround times than normal, but we could expect to be completed by the end of August/beginning of September. Here it is, the 2nd of October, and all we have is a hole and a ditch in our backyard. The only communication we get is a weekly email stating they are still waiting on a date for plumbing installation and will let us know when they have one. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I'm on week 20 since signing my contract with Shasta. At this point I have a hole in my backyard with plumbing, steel and electric, but nothing has changed for almost a month. As of right now, I am 143 days into this project and Shasta has only put in about 7 days worth of real work. I've had to contact Shasta every step of the way to see how things are progressing. They very rarely contact me with updates. This project is beyond frustrating and is making my house (inside and out) awful to look at. My landscaping has been destroyed for weeks. My wall has had a gaping hole in it for weeks. The inside of my house has had a layer of dirt on it for weeks. I understand that the pool industry is booming right now, but I don't believe Shasta has a plan to get their outrageous delays under control. If you want my advice, hold off on building a pool with Shasta. They simply can't keep up. read more

To truly appreciate the level of Shasta's incompetence in building our pool and spa, let me take you through our journey. * The point of person originally assigned to us (Mindy) was completely unresponsive: weeks went by with no response from her. * Excavation was not completed correctly; in fact, they forgot our entire bench along the back side of our pool - it is clearly on the contract and on the plans. * Rebar was not completed correctly either as they also did not account for the bench along the entire length of our pool - again, clearly on the plans. * In an effort to fix the missing bench, Shasta built a rebar bench and then tried to fill it in with loose dirt supported by ¼ inch MDF board. o I explained to Shasta that this would not hold as you cannot pour concrete on top of non-compressed soil. The first rain proved this to be a bad plan as it did collapse under its own weight. o Finally, the bench was redone and shot with solid shotcrete. * Rebar had to be redone three times due to weather. Seriously, three times. I understand Shasta does not control the weather, but they do control their production schedule. As such, rebar should have been finalized a short time prior to shotcrete, not months before. * Block wall between our neighbors behind us was severely damaged during excavation. * Rough plumbing had to be 'fixed' two times to my knowledge; by guess is more as they could not figure out the runs. * Perimeter Tile work: solo worker did really poor craftsmanship in this. One small splotch of mud on each piece of tile - my guess is we have about three years before pieces of tile just start falling off. This guy also stained our pavers in our driveway as he was very sloppy at his trade. This has not been remedied. * Pebble-tec is three different colors. White stains are in the corners of our pool and black stripes in other areas. It does not look good at all. * Painted areas of spa wall were painted a random color; painter had to come back and repaint. * Shasta failed door inspection as Arcadia door failed as it would not close and the gate was not put back in place. o Yes, Shasta actually called for an access inspection without the gate being hung in place! After Shasta failed inspection, they emailed me to ask who was installing my gate; my reply was 'the same people that took it down, Shasta!. * Gate spring was actually not set with any tension and would not close on it's own accord; I had to adjust this myself to remedy for inspection. * Arcadia door failed inspection to which I had to remedy myself to pass next inspection post 'gate installation'. (I don't care if it is sub-contractor!) * The raised spillway/water feature has a leak in the back side, coming out of the blockwork. This clearly means something is leaking inside and could be very damaging to the structure of the wall. * Several connections leaked at equipment; there have been three attempts to repair this - too my knowledge, could be more. AND: * Filter leaks around the entire perimeter. Ongoing problem since installation and still an issue. * Pumps were not communicating with equipment board. Warranty company had to come out and 'reflash' the pumps. o Not sure they work properly at this point as there is not way to really control the pumps from the control board - they told me that I need the 'app' to do that,,,but what if my WIFI is done? * Screen Logic app not working; in fact, none of the Screen Logic equipment is working. Not a single person at Shasta seems to know anything about this or how it works, let alone how to fix it. * Spa/pool heater not working. Shasta has been out several times and replaced several parts: spa/pool heater is still not working. Again, Shasta does not seem to be knowledgeable in the area of spa/pool heaters. * Rear yard clean up - back yard is far from proper grade; puddles at spa/pool heater and NW corner. * Rear yard clean up - I built a temporary path to spa with travertine - it was clearly a path - clean up crew took my travertine - not kidding, they just took it - isn't that theft? * Pool startup - they dropped off a bunch of stuff and left. Field manager told me I should get some of the chemicals in the pool, but did not have the time or knowledge to assist. Seriously? Pool startup does not add chemicals or balance the pool? SHASTA - Please send someone out and balance my pool ASAP!!! * Shasta did not know that our orientation had not happened: when I enquired about when and how we learn to use everything they were surprised that it was not already complete. We attempted an orientation, but the fact that nothing works prevented completion. Can we please have an orientation after everything is working? * Again, there has not been a single representative from Shasta that could be considered an expert. How can Shasta build pools if they do not know how their own equipment works? read more

We got our shotcrete in and a couple days later they did the decking. Once they got working it was pretty smooth and professional. Just have the tile, coolcrete, pebble tech and clean up/leveling the yard again left to do. It's the holidays and the fence people still need to dig holes anyway. ** STAY AWAY ** Shasta is no longer what the name stands for and is broken at the core. It was the highest of all my bids but, given I travel so much and needed to sell the house quickly, I went with Shasta based on the name. Ultimately I terminated the contract as they were unable to complete the pool after 3 1/2 months, they forged my signature, they omitted important design features as simple as connecting the deck and adding a ladder, they wanted to charge an extra $5K+ for shotcrete claiming they uncovered this later (not true plaster was already chiseled by owner). Communication was horrific and there is evidence that they are severely understaffed or they just do not care as their customer skills were terrible. They committed to using my brand new filter up-front then later said it could not be used (loss of $1100) . Mark the salesman came across very honest and helpful but, he was a snake and failed to be honest and own up to his mistakes and also signed my name on a diagram that I did not agree with. I did go to another company and finished the pool in 10 days, which again, Shasta could not commit even after I raised all the concerns. I did reach out on Social Media and chatted with the GM "Season". I will say, she was the only person at Shasta that attempted to care, was responsive, and seem to take the whole thing seriously. I could no longer trust Shasta and had to part ways. Even if they gave me the pool for free, I would not have finished the job with them. They should change their name to "Shafts-ya" read more

Worst experience of my life with any company. Rudeness, no scheduling, showing up at anytime they wanted. No communications. Destruction of property, no communication of any sort leading to actual physical harm. No response to anything. I could go on and on, but the point I am making is, whatever type of pool builder they have been in the past, they are nothing but a fly by night company now. It was beyond frustrating the whole project. At one point, they showed up without communication, dug a trench, never covered it or communicated they had done it. While digging the trench they knocked out several circuts on my main electrical panel. When I went out to check my electrical panel it was dark and I fell in the trench they dug. This was a new developement so when I came too there was no one around I could yell to help me. I had no cell phone service in this area and had to crawl to my truck and drive to an ER. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR POOL NEEDS. Our pool is now completed. No one came out to show us how the system worked. We are having several issues and have been waiting a week for a call back. If I could go back, this company would never install as much a lightbulb for me. YOU WILL REGRET USING THEIR SERVICES FOR YOUR POOL NEEDS. Look at other reviews, and you will understand how bad this company is. 4 other pools in this developement built or in the process of being built and everyone of them I have talked with wish they had never heard of Shasta Pools. Where do I start!!! My home builder uses Shasta as the preferred builder. They tell you they can build your pool at the same time they build the house. That's what they tell you before you give the deposit. But they have no intention of starting your pool until you close. Everybody including my construction supervisor told me not to use Shasta I didn't listen. Later I got a quote from Rondo but I didn't want to lose my $500 deposit. Boy, am I sorry now losing $500 would qualify as a great stupid tax. But now I'm paying an even bigger stupid tax been waiting 8 months on this pool and we are not even close to being done. Waiting 2 months on shotcrete and I still don't even have a date yet. Communication is non existent unless you call them repeatedly. They make promises but they are never kept! It's just hot air to calm you done and buy another 2 months from you. It's been 8 months and I have only made 1 payment so far out 3. So they have only reached 1 threshold in 8 months on a 5 month build!! If you don't call they won't call you. When they do show up to do work they usually call you after the crew is already at your home. They took down my back wall without even asking me. Told me after it was done. We signed our contract back in April of 2021. By fall, having been unable to get a response from Shasta regarding a layout problem, I called Shasta and asked to cancel the whole job because I was frustrated with the poor communication and customer service. I was reassured the change that was needed wasn't an issue and we moved forward. It is now 8 months past our contract signing and the dog hasn't even started-but what really is hard to fathom is that no one returns my calls or emails asking for an update. Love our Pool.....Would be a five but crews left garbage, project went 4-5 weeks past projected date, wall was not returned to its original condition, promises made before the contract was signed that we questioned i.e...hard dig being built into the cost? Plus dog door (pre-existing) was missed as an access to pool and had to spend more $ to quickly fix this (with gate) the last week of construction in order to get occupancy. I am basing my review strictly on process since my pool has yet to be completed. I am 5 months into my contract and I have yet to know when my pool will be finished. Communication, organization and the urgency to satisfy the customer is non existent. Shasta has taken on too much work without a plan on how to complete these pools in a timely manner. Every week there is another delay with no end in site. Unless you want to spend every day calling and complaining to get your pool worked on do not go with Shasta. In general we are happy with the pool - it came out really nice.  The construction crews were prompt and did a great job.  A big shout out to Tom Walton our Build superintendent - he explained everything to us and what to expect and he helped us above and beyond through our the process!  The only reason we did not give the 5 stars is because the administrative / scheduling end was not up to par.  For reference, we started the process in January and didn't have a finished pool until August. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. From front end to completion, nothing but issues. I must say we do have a unique, luxury pool with a lazy River. However, I feel like Shasta saw the dollar signs and over promised and under delivered. We were told when we signed the contract in July that the project would be done in October. Realistically, it was done in August of the following year. But, to my standards it was never really done because it's never been fully functioning. We've always had problems with one of the pool pumps since construction (which makes a lazy River not work). Also, we've had ongoing issues with one of the heaters which makes it impossible to heat the pool in the winter. Save your money. Shasta asks for top dollar for mediocre results. They give you a 5 year warranty because it will take 5 years to get a single issue fixed even though every repair person that's been out has suggested the same solution or repair needs to happen. Terrible communication. I've been working on trying to get the repair done on a pump for 4 days short of a year...and it's not because the problem hasn't been identified, it's because the communication between departments and with customers is terrible. The only redeeming factor is the design person, Bill who we worked with who came up with a beautiful design and also Holly who helped to navigate the construction process. Pool looks beautiful, but also looks like a lot of money that was spent on something not fully functional. Ridiculous. If you're looking for a luxury pool, look elsewhere. Communication has been a issue since day one. I understand there is a issue with concrete but waiting five months is getting to be unacceptable, but what can you do. My pool was dug early January of 2022 and we are still waiting with no communication during this process. Would be nice to talk with someone during this process. Shasta must have issues internally with leadership and down from there. Nothing like spending thousands of dollars with very poor service. I will remember next time I build another pool. read more

First bad review I've ever done. 16 months ago did exhaustive review of pool installers and based on good reviews, went with Shasta. Designer was excellent and responsive. Signed contract 4/21, told it would take up to 12 months due to Covid. Fine. That's when it fell apart. Covid delays, labor delays, I get it. Now, 13 months later, Covid is long over and nothing but a hole in the ground, "waiting for concrete". Customer rep is apologetic but can't tell me if I'm next in line or 100th in line. I'm told could be up to 4 more months. Seriously? Other reviewers of pool companies signed contracts when I did but have finished pools now. Don't know what's going on with Shasta but, whatever it is, they've left me with an ugly hole in the ground and empty promise after promise after promise. I've been hung out to dry. read more

I've been looking to have a pool built for several years. I have visited several pool companies from Surprise to Scottsdale. I walked into Shasta Pools and started working with my original designer. He left shortly after the process began, which was picked up by Justin Black about 6 months ago. I began working with Justin shortly after he took over the account and was EXTREMELY impressed with his professionalism and his listening ear. He wasn't the typical pushy sales guy, but rather one who listened to what i envisioned and planned around that. Justin made a trip to my house for measurements and explained a variety of options with me for about 2 hours. I felt very comfortable to continue forward with my pool investment with Justin. He knew that I was about a year out from breaking ground when we originally met and I would periodically stop in with ideas and questions to run by him. After visiting the Surprise location this past Thursday, I found out that Justin no longer works with Shasta Pools. In fact, I didn't recognize anyone in the office from my previous multiple trips to the Surprise Shasta Pools. When I asked about my file, I was shown a 3D rendering that Justin had completed; however, I could not receive any specifics regarding the file from the sales manager who stated that he would have to "get back to me next week." It's hard to find trustworthy sales people who actually have the customer's interest as their first priority. It looks like I'll be back out searching around at different pool companies again as I make decisions about my future investment. read more

This is a review of the sales office. I wanted to write this review regarding my recent experience with Shasta.We are building our home and interviewed several other pool builders. We were scheduled with Matt Montoya for our design and purchase. Although Shasta was higher than the rest, we gladly spend the few extra bucks due solely to Matt. We are extremely happy with our new Shasta Pool. While it did take a few months longer than expected due to material shortages/staffing, It was definitely worth the wait. Everyone we worked with from sales/design Bill G. to Scott and his patience with timing/learning during "pool school" , was professional and pleasant. While there were a few bumps and some challenges, we were able to get everything resolved to our satisfaction. Nina Nason was fantastic keeping everyone headed in the right direction, keeping things on track, scheduling, and understanding my frustrations at times. Dan Moreno and Paul Souza were amazing supers and addressed any questions I had. Electrician Gil Cook and his crew were awesome as were John's concrete crew, and the many other contractors whose names I can't recall but were great. Everyone was approachable and responsive answering all my curiosity questions while I was watching each step. Any time I emailed or called someone, they were quick to respond. When the super and I couldn't agree on an item, we decided to let the Field Ops Mgr. make the final decision. I was quite impressed with this level of consideration and service. Thank you Tom Walton for coming out to meet with us and resolving our issue, and a few other small things, so that we were totally satisfied. Had a horrendous run in with one of your workers in the tempe floor and decor store. This worker was rude hostile and shouting out racial slurs to one of the employee that was helping him. Yourlworker was out shopping for tile and got hostile with the sales rep for floor and decor. Your workers decided to call the floor and decor sales rep a N word and a monkey . Casuing him to be kick out of the store and driving away in your company vehicle this happend at around 9 am on the 02/06/2021. This type of behavior and language use by your worker is not tolerated to anyone that was shopping and working in that location read more

Yesterday we have shasta pool service come out to do our first filter cleaning our service man that came was absolutely amazing. Ray Hundley taught us more about the care of our pool than anyone else has, he was on time efficent and very kind man.
