Specifically the base cost for their concretes, and the cost of the extra mix ins. So tied to #2 above, this location charges more for a more inferior product. I've been coming to this location for years, ever since they opened. In the beginning the owner was there all the time and he was on top of service. It's now been a couple years since I've seen him.
