My boyfriend and I are regular customers at this business. He called in an order, and I went to pick it up on my way home from work. When I arrived, the owner's daughter made the pickup process unnecessarily difficult. She insisted that I call my boyfriend and repeat the exact details of the order before she would hand it over. When I got home and told my partner about the experience, he was shocked and frustrated. He knows the owner personally and couldn't understand why I was given such a hard time. For context, I am white, and my boyfriend is Arab. I can't help but suspect that there may have been some racial bias involved, as the daughter seemed unable to believe I was associated with my boyfriend because of his ethnicity, which is why she hesitated to give me the pre-paid order even though I had the order name and number when I presented for pick up. I never experienced this at other establishments we go to such as Golden Bakery. We will not be returning. It is especially disheartening this happened during a holy month. read more

Had the chicken shawarma plate. Your standard chicken (dry), rice, hummus, pita, salad. Very disappointed in the garlic sauce. It was not like traditional Toum. It was pink and had a weird sweetness. The pita didn't appear homemade. For me, the Toum is important to the dish so I would not go back. My husband said the gyros meat was normal, but it was light on the tzatziki sauce. Overall, you can get better quality for similar prices pretty close by. read more

Really grossed out when I saw a young lady in the back filling the little cups of their sauce, then sticking her finger in one of the cups and lick her finger shortly thereafter. We had already ordered our food. I had to tell all of our group to not use the pink sauce because we would have no idea if that was the cup. read more

This service is bad and the food was old! The people were rude and refused to refund the food. I am going to challenge with my credit card. The young man grabbed the chicken with his hand and and flicked it back onto my plate stating it was not dry. Then he proceeds to say he will replace the meat and started picking it out with his hands to replace. I told him he flicked the dry food into my plate and I didn't want that. He proceeded to pull the rice off the plate as well. Gross this does not need to be a A restaurant review. This was horrible and in violation of food standards. Really great food! You order at the counter, but service is individualized and with a smile. We both got beef shawarma combo plates. The sides were great: the mint tabbouleh was fresh and delicious. When I travel I try to enjoy good Mediterranean food one of the nights that I am on the road if possible. It tends to be lighter on the stomach than a burger and fries if you know what I mean. It's unfair to rate food that was delivered due to the container that they chose to use. I ordered the chicken and beef platter and it arrived hot. The pita wrap was a bit smaller than usual but it was fresh. Overall the meal was well seasoned but the beef tasted like lamb. I am not sure if it was subbed out by accident or if the grade was less than choice so I passed. The amount of chicken served was plentiful and I made due w/o the other meat product. I wish I would have taken pics but I like to enjoy my wife and the food and that's usually my only focus and especially if your wife is hungry you don't really have time to open the camera haha. But my wife and I came here on a dinner date because I've been seeing shawarma places on YouTube and got a craving. So I surprised my wife and she was pleasantly surprised when the food came haha. She had the beef shawarma plate and tebouli and I ordered the chicken kabob plate and the grape leaved wrapped I forgot the name haha. But the food was phenomenal and the service was exceptional. This is family ran and owned so to see the family so close and getting along was a perk! Every thing was hot, flavorful and it was so good while eating I ordered the mixed meat plate to get the lamb and beef and me and the wife are splitting it for tomorrow's lunch. My boyfriend and I stopped in this place earlier this week and absolutely loved it! As soon as we came in we were greeted by several friendly smiling faces behind the counter. I mean these people even have Chik-Fil-A beat when it comes to friendly upbeat staff. The food was very reasonably priced - 2 shawarmas and 2 drinks came out to about $20. We had people check in on us several times to make sure our meal was good (which it definitely was). One of the chefs even brought out some cheese fries that he served to us free of charge as we started to dig into our wraps! Both the fries and the wraps were amazing - warm and crispy tortilla on the outside and juicy flavorful meat inside. The fries were nice and cheesy with a hot sauce drizzled over them as well. On our way out we chatted with the chef who had made the cheese fries and he recommended we try the habibi bowl (I have no idea if I'm spelling that right, I'm just going off pronunciation since i didn't see it on the menu). I'll definitely be going back to give it a try soon! read more

Tried to order beef kebab - sorry, we are out, fine I'll take chicken kebab. My son ordered chicken shawarma sandwich- sorry we are out, fine I'll take the beef shawarma sandwich. Get the food. Where are my fries? The menu says the sandwich comes with fries. "Sorry, that is an old menu, the sandwich no longer comes with fries." The "old menu" was a lit display on the wall....ok, odd maybe you should update your menu or tell people when they order that the sandwich no longer comes with fries (despite the menu saying that it does.) and finally the "pita bread" that comes with the kebab plate is NOT even pita bread. It is the tortillas they use to make sandwiches, cut up. The food we did receive was mediocre. I would not come back and do not recommend. read more
