When you go in you can order in person or on the kiosk. The service was fine for what they had to do, bring your food out, answer questions, get you sauces or waters but nothing amazing and wouldn't expect anything more. The food was pretty good but I wasn't blown away by it. The portions were a good size but I felt like the meats were a little dry and I wish they offered more sauce for free- I think you can pay for more. The fries were good but some were a little soggy especially in the middle and it only had the sauce that was drizzled on top. The Wagyu beef was more flavorful in my opinion and the rice on the plate was really delicious. I also liked that it came with tabouli vs a regular side salad. I got the lemon garlic sauce with the beef plate and the sauce was so good and added a really nice freshness to the plate. Again I wish they gave you more of those sauces.
