I had been a customer for about six years and outside of routine maintenance for my vehicle, I had…read moreno issues. I went in for an oil change and I noticed that two of the technicians that normally serviced my car weren't there ( first red flag ). So 30 minutes after they pull my car into the bay the shop manager tells me that my oil pan was cracked and the tech said it was like that when she lifted my car up. I have never had any issues with oil leaks at all so I was a little confused as to how my oil pan was cracked but wasn't leakin. I still went ahead and purchased a new oil pan because I just wanted to get my car serviced so I could leave. My car was serviced and they told me I was good to go. I drove 12 minutes home and my car remained parked in my driveway for two days. On the third day I drove to work and home. After approximately thirty minutes after I arrived home, I went outside and noticed a pool of oil in front of my car. I immediately took pictures and contacted the shop manager who asked me if I could bring my car in the next day. When my car was brought in, they knew that my oil pan was cracked (because they cracked it when they installed it) but instead of replacing it they put sealant on it like they did the first time. Once again, the sealant didn't work so they had to order another oil pan. They ordered a cheaper version which didn't fit my vehicle so they had to order the same oil pan that they cracked twice. The crazy thing is that the first time that they ordered this oil pan it arrived within a couple hours. When they reordered it took several days. In all, it took them two weeks to repair my vehicle when all I was there for was a simple oil change. If I wanted to damage my engine from an oil change I would've went to jiffy lube. At this point they are one and the same. They have lost a faithful customer.

Jason the owner was gracious enough to spend a good amount of time with me explaining to me how these warranty companies work and what to look for and what to ask and he gave me a few recommendations. You know it's really nice of him to take the time out of his day to give me all these tips and I'm not even a customer. Just goes to show that this place is really a genuine place to go because they don't have your business and they're treating me this good. he also mentioned whenever you get a used car always come in and get an overall check which is $89. This way you get an out side true review of the car you are buying not just what the dealer is telling you. I never thought about doing that but I can see where the value would be totally with it. Thank you Jason you really gave me a lot of good tips and I really do appreciate it. I'm looking forward to using your services in the future. Sorry if my writing is bad I don't do reviews but I just had to give this to you because you were so kind and honest. Aloha Jennifer

I brought my 2015 Audi A7 to this shop for a coolant leak/overheating issue and ultimately spent…read morearound $3,000 on repairs including water pump-related work, belt/tensioner, hoses, diagnosis, etc. Initially, the staff seemed knowledgeable, and I appreciated that they identified an active coolant leak. However, after getting the vehicle back, the car continued losing coolant rapidly -- even while sitting parked overnight. I also experienced smoke from the exhaust at startup and additional oil leakage concerns after the repair. What became frustrating for me was the diagnostic process afterward. Once I returned with continued coolant loss concerns, the conversation shifted almost immediately toward "internal engine damage" and engine replacement, despite no combustion leak test, leak-down test, or follow-up compression testing being performed to confirm catastrophic engine failure. I understand overheating can potentially damage an engine, and I'm not disputing that possibility. My issue is that I did not feel there was enough confirmed diagnostic evidence presented before recommending something as major and expensive as an engine replacement. I also physically observed dried coolant residue and evidence of external coolant spray/leakage around the engine bay, and the vehicle was still losing coolant while parked and not running, which I felt deserved further external leak investigation before jumping to the conclusion of full engine replacement. To be fair, the staff did communicate concerns about possible overheating damage from the beginning. However, I left feeling more pushed toward a worst-case scenario than guided through a complete and confirmed diagnosis process. At minimum, I would strongly recommend that future customers request: combustion/block testing compression/leak-down testing and clear confirmation of leak sources before agreeing to major engine replacement recommendations.
