Truly a master with color and cutting. She seriously is the best colorist/cutter I have ever been to. The owner Cynthia did my hair- I showed her a simple pic to brighten my hair up. Instead she dyed my hair GREY and I look like a 90 year old woman with no pigment left in my hair (im 23). I called the salon to say I was unhappy- she called me back and started YELLING at ME over the phone saying I was wrong, and quote "came at her" when I arrived because I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked for a "partial foil" (which is the only process I've ever needed to do for my hair- and she said awesome lets do it/ pictures always help). When it was done I was HORRIFIED at how HORRIBLE it looked! She wouldn't let me speak on the phone instead she started blaming ME and yelling at me in the most RUDE, DEFENSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL and CHILDISH way before I could barely even say hello or explain why I called. She made me cry and I got so overwhelmed by her that I had to hang up on her, again to speak to a young lady who is only 23 that way is insanity- nevermind ANYONE that way! I arrived and they greeted me warmly and introduced me to Alison who would be styling me. She asked for my input on how I wanted my hair to look and she executed perfectly! She even offered to curl it after she blowed it out, and after I mentioned my hair usually doesn't hold curls well, she made sure to add the right type/ amount of product to make sure they would hold throughout the wedding while still having a natural, lightweight feel. And that's exactly what happened! I will definitely return for any future styling needs, thank you!

I was ready for a change, especially leading up to my wedding in the fall. I did a ton of research online before choosing Extology. When I arrived, I met Alec at the front desk, who is super nice and helpful. I met Kriscia during the initial consultation where she explained EVERYTHING! She answered my many questions, often demonstrating how to do something on her own hair to make sure that I understood. Because I was a first-time client, she did the color in a separate session before the extensions so she could see how the color looked in my hair to make sure the extensions she was going to order matched perfectly. Even after JUST the color, my hair looked great. The next session was for the extensions and cut. It takes quite a while to do the extensions, but I was able to get work done on my laptop (they gave me a lap desk to use) during some of the time. Kriscia is amazing about explaining things and setting expectations, double checking that I understood how much she was cutting off the length and things like that. Hair extensions require more work to take care of, and Kriscia explained all the details on how to do that. At the end, my hair looked absolutely amazing! It looks completely natural and beautiful! My fiancé was so impressed. The next day I had an appointment with my wedding make-up artist and my wedding hair stylist (two separate appointments). Both of these women (who are in the beauty industry) said my extensions were the best they had seen!
