My husband and I were involved in a motorcycle accident, where my husband received severe brain damage . Michael Shea Junior got me and my husband a 17 1/2 million dollar settlement. It was all poised to go into a special account but Shea went out of his way to convince me to put a conservatorship on my husband to save the money from extremely high taxes. He promised I would be my husband's conservator with no fear of ever losing control of him or the money. Then he put me in the hands of attorneys in Monterey County that were very deceitful and greedy and they all proceeded to steal over $9 million.
