I went to this store around 8:30 pm to fill out my gas tank and buy empanadas inside, and by accident locked my car with the keys and my cell phone inside. I went back to the store to ask any employee if they could call Triple-A for me. Well, no employee inside was able to help me with that. The lady in the cashier told me her phone was not working, same thing for the black guy. I asked if the store did not have a landline so that one of the employees could make a simple call to help a regular client of the store. The answer was no, according to the black dude, the store does not have a landline(really???). After getting no help from any of the cashiers, I went to the food session to ask another employee if they had a working phone to call Tripple-A, before she could even answer, the black guy came to my direction and told me to stop bothering the workers and that I could not be asking customer to use their phone, something that I never did. I never talk or ask to use anybody's phone, ONLY IF ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES COULD MAKE A SIMPLE CALL TO HELP ME. When I tried to explain that to the black guy, he told me I should leave the store immediately or he would call the cops Well, I did leave the store to never come back. I live I mile from that store and I always filled my tank since that store opened 4 years ago, I also I am a regular buyer of the empanadas, but never again. They lost my business. However, this will likely be my choice amongst them all. I only have to go inside 1 or 2 times out of 10. But when I do, I am greeted and the attendant is pleasant. That is not a common occurrence at gas stations anymore. The snacks are stocked and the lobby area is clean. My only issue has been a few times the area immediately outside of the pump has been noticeably dirty. Maybe it's lots of construction traffic, but I've had to take wipes to clean off the bottoms of my shoes a few times before I step back into the car. It isn't trash, more like it needs a good power washing. It hasn't stopped me from coming back, but I have noticed it a few times recently.

It was clean without trash and the receipt printer worked well. Inside, a huge selection of food and drink! Pizza, grilled roller meats, and surprising frozen yogurt machines with toppings. Brew-to-order coffee with an assortment of creamers and sweeteners. Beer and wine including a "beer cave" of cold ones. The restrooms were amazingly clean. It was unexpected. As a customer, I felt disrespected and ignored when I tried to express my concerns. The technician didn't greet me when I arrived for a vaccine, and they loudly shared personal information like date of birth and full names in front of others--something that should have been handled with more privacy. I was called back and forth multiple times due to poor communication, and when I brought this up, Megha became defensive instead of listening. What made it worse was that she tried to bring up a discount her technician gave --as if that excuses her behavior. It's not about money. It's about basic respect and professionalism, which she clearly needs training on. My parents also felt uncomfortable with the way things were handled. I only came to this location because of James, the pharmacy manager, who is always professional and helpful. But because of Megha's behavior, I'm switching to CVS. I hope district management takes action and provides proper customer service training especially around empathy and communication to this pharmacist. I dont know who appointed this lady as pharmacist. She didn't even apologize to me, even though I was polite and respectful. While all the technicians were standing and helping customers, she sat in the chair acting like a big boss. District manager needs to pull the videos and watch and because I contacted CVS to confirm the name of the vaccine, she started talking nonsense about trust while giving vaccines to my parents. Why would I need to trust her in the first place? I have every right to verify information it's about my parents health, not about trusting someone blindly.
