I have been coming here for years at the recommendation of my colleagues. They have a number of awards displayed on their walls for their accomplishments. It's also convenient that they have a waiting area which includes an array of magazines, a vending machine, coffee, and tv. If you are down the road and need a lift, if one of the mechanics is available they can take you. Today, I came in for an oil change and because my car was making a funny noise. It was discovered that it was a result of the alternator. When I came to pick up my car I noticed that the sticker with the mileage had not been changed on my windshield. I was informed that they hadn't changed my oil. Moe apologized for the oversight and they took my car back right away to get that taken care of. Still excellent customer service and one of the most trusted and honest auto shops out there. Do yourself a favor and come check them out. You won't be disappointed. They will take care of you!

I went in for what should have been a routine oil change -- nothing complicated, just standard service. Instead, I ended up dealing with a complete nightmare that showed a serious lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Not even 24 hours after my oil change, I noticed a large pool of oil forming in my driveway. I checked under my car and discovered that oil was leaking from the drain plug area. When I took a closer look, I realized the drain plug bolt had been stripped and the crush washer (which is essential for sealing and preventing leaks) had not even been installed. That's basic, entry-level maintenance procedure -- something any competent technician should know. Because of this negligence, I was completely out of oil by the next day. If I hadn't caught it in time, it could have easily caused catastrophic engine damage from running the car dry. Oil is the lifeblood of an engine -- running out can destroy it within minutes. What's even worse is that the oil leak stained my entire driveway, leaving me to clean up their mistake on top of dealing with my vehicle issue. The financial cost, the wasted time, and the frustration were all avoidable had the technicians done their job properly. To make matters worse, when I contacted the shop, I was met with little accountability or urgency to fix the problem. It's unacceptable that a professional oil change service could overlook something as basic as installing a crush washer and properly tightening a drain plug. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Jiffy Lube. I will never return to this location (or any Jiffy Lube for that matter), and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting your car to this shop. There are plenty of local mechanics and quick lube centers that take pride in their work and actually care about the customer's vehicle. If you value your time, your money, and your car's health -- go somewhere else or do it yourself

Glad I decided to do my oil change here as they dont try to upsell on services like most auto shops do. It was $100 total for the premium full synthetic (the mid tier option). Service was completed quickly and they even gave me a coupon for a free carwash (closest location is in Germantown). Everyone was courteous also. Will be returning!
