After seeing the damage, the manager, grabs her mechanic and asks him to check. They grab my BRAND NEW LOCK and try to tighten it on with their HANDS BRO I can't make this up. And then they tell me, "look! It works you're wrong." Right before telling me the brand new lock is what is damaged. They communicated in SPANISH, WHICH I SPEAK, but I guess she forgot so, and said to each other, "esta sobado" meaning the bolt is damaged. If you zoom in on the pictures you can see the difference between the 3 old ones and the 1 new lug nut. The 3 old ones have SEVERE signs of struggle which they did struggle to remove them because they didn't have the proper key so they had to use their own. And the brand new lock is where the problem lies......... YEAH RIGHT I highly recommend people stay away from here, these people are unprofessional as hell. I ultimately ended up getting a refund of $75 AFTER she tried to charge me $110 to fix the bolt they ruined. All this trouble for a $35 difference that could've been avoided if she had just agreed to fix what they had ruined. ZERO integrity ZERO character.

A new feature they have as you start fueling is a little computer screen that plays advertisements to keep you company while you pump, lol. They have air ($1.50 cash for 3 min or a calibrated air pump for $1.50 cash or $1.75 credit card), vacuums, food mart service center, & they sell propane & ice. I chose the calibrating one but it would not let me calibrate it to what I wanted/needed & I was stuck with the preset psi so that's a bummer. It says on the Yelp site that they are closed today, Sunday, but they are very much open!

Waited, I kid you not, like 3 minutes for the guy to come to the front (there was a buzzer, I made sure to hit it when I needed service.). Finally, he printed the receipt for me. With the code on it! But my troubles were in fact far from over. I pulled up to the wash, started entering my code, and the machine said "OUT OF SERVICE, CONTACT MANAGER" on display. Darn. You'd think the guy printing my receipt would tell me that, but things slip peoples minds constantly, so whatever. So I go back to the kiosk. This time I don't have to wait for the guy. He is actually walking out the back. I stop him, tell him that the wash didn't work, and he said something about it missing a part. Okay. I asked for a refund. He said no. What? It's late. I don't have time for this. He told me the code was good for 2 weeks, and I could come back at any point. Okay. Fine. This place isn't far. I'll live. Fast forward a few days and I stop to get my long awaited car wash. Lo and behold, The wash is cheap and bad. It did not use any soap. There are still water marks and pollen stains all over my vehicle! It was no better than just letting my car sit in the rain. Well, crap. So I assume that there's an issue with their car wash, and that I didn't get duped because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. So, on my way home, I gave them a call. The guy on the other end says there's nothing he can do. No refund, no credit toward another wash, doesn't even want to look at the car and see if something genuinely went wrong. Hangs up on me. "I was at your station today and purchased a car wash after pumping gas. When I entered the carwash, the system started working, and in a few seconds it stopped. I spoke with the attendant and he told me it was because the car had a bicycle rack in the back. I was very surprised as the rack was collapsed, and I have done it before, get a carwash done with the rack in the back, while collapsed. I asked the attendant if he could reset the car wash so I can use the code later, or allow me to remove the rack, which only takes a few seconds and restart the wash. He told me there is nothing he could do about it and I had lost my carwash.
