Made an appointment to stop by during my lunch hour for an estimate. I arrived early, however, unfortunately I did not have enough time to wait for them to get to my car even though I was next in line. So I had to leave and go back to work. Even though I had to leave, the gentleman was understanding and explained a few of the services with me. I called later to speak with the same gentleman to reschedule and mentioned that another location was close to my home and I could go there on my work from home day. He was super patient with me and understanding of my time constraints. He recommended I call the other location and get a 7am appt to get the estimates so I could get it done before work. Perfect resolution!! I called the other location, got the work done and it was a 5 star experience. Now that I am familiar with both locations, I will use either one of them. They took care of my oil change and filter without an appointment and finished in less than an hour and a half. I was told that my tie had a nail in the side…read moreof it, and that I would not only need a new tire, but that all of my tires were bad, that I obviously hadn't taken care of the tires (I had my car worked on at the dealership in June) and it was going to cost from $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 to buy new tires, their warranty etc. I took my car to Weber's the next day. There was a nail in my tire, but not in the side of it. Weber's repaired the tire at no cost, and told me that my tires should be good until late spring or early summer. RUN RUN RUN!

Great guys; great service on the whole. I had a noise coming from the area near the serpentine belt…read moreon my 19-year old car. One of their mechanics was kind enough to just take a listen and see what he could make of it, free-of-charge. When I brought it back for a more thorough diagnosis, they identified the problem (timing belt rubbing slightly on something due to tolerances that are too tight; addressed in a manufacturer's technical service bulletin from 15 years ago). It would have been a big job and a bundle of money to fully resolve the issue. Ultimately they (Brent) advised me to just let it go and keep an eye on it because it's not a "catastrophic" issue. Honest and much appreciated advice. That said, I also had another less satisfactory experience before this. Had a slow leak in a tire, so brought it in for inspection. They had a young (teen-aged) and probably less experienced mechanic patch the tire for me. He kept looking to the older mechanics for guidance, which didn't instill a lot of confidence. Sure enough, the patch ended up failing while I was on the highway. In the end, I had to replace the tire. Upon inspecting the old tire, the folks at the tire shop told me that the puncture wasn't close enough to the middle of the contact patch, but rather on the outer part of the tread, too close to the sidewall to be safe, which meant that it should've been immediately replaced, rather than patched. So, just make sure that Brent and/or one of their more senior, certified mechanics is taking care of things and you should be good!

Don't believe the five stars I should have ignore that it's always a trapped , the lower stars always speak truth. Got safety inspection and they called and stated I had to get the tag light and tire fix today or they were going to reject my inspection and didn't let me know that I had 15 days per Virginia law to get it fix and to get inspected again, the most they could charge me was exactly $1.00 per law. I felt obligated to get fix now bc of the threat that it was going to rejected Today not knowing I could wait . I would have replaced the tag light myself for cheap. Really upset they scammed me and weren't honest. I hate going to these place as a female bc I will always get ripped off . I have a 2011 Camry Le. Tag light fix for one bulb was $45 and plug for one tire was $40. To replace rear brake pads which I denied to get here was $709.43 ... Called Gaithersburg Bay Area tires and service and they quoted me $510 ... Hope this help other females out there comparing prices and such . Thank god all safety inspection is only $20 everywhere you go because that's Virginia law , they cant change that price .
