This place is horrible the people that work there are slower then the pumps taking a credit card. It asks you like 3 times if you want a car wash before you can pump. I just want to punch the LED screen in its face. Lame read more

So I stopped by this station today to get gas. Second time I have gone to this location since we moved here in July. The location is very good right off the tollway. It's always busy and sometimes you have to wait for a space to open up. But that is not something to view as bad as they are just busy, good business. However, both times I used their location for gas the receipt did not print out but told me the cashier had it. This is always very irritating as the the reason I pay at the pump is so I can quickly get on my way. 2 out of 2 times. Today two of the pumps were closed/out of order. I have never went into the store or used any of their services so cannot comment at this point. read more

I loaded gas and purchased a wash. Just as I was in line, the wash broke. So I came back the following day ... 3/12/17, ~10:10 am PST. The car before me got all soaped up and didn't get the rinse. The system got screwed up that when my turn came, i didn't get the wash in spite keying the code. Issues like these don't easily affect me. I thought I could always get a refund. What disappointed me was an employee trying to argue that the wash was working saying he has a video to prove ... as though it was my fault that my car wasn't washed! A little inconvenience due to malfunctioning equipment is tolerable. It can happen to anyone. But rude behavior is not only aggravating, it ends business relationship. Pump wouldn't work. I asked attendant for some help. He acted as if I had no idea how to work a gas pump. Was condescending and rude. Jerk!

Amazingly Terrible!!!! Considering this is all self-service... (5/17/14 @ 8:05 am) 1st: Selected Platinum Car Wash... it gave me a silver 2nd: It did not dispense receipt, so I needed to go inside. The lady inside looked at me like I had a 3rd eye and said I was "fine" I said in order to get the wash i needed the receipt... ding ding ding, the light came on! 3rd: After waiting behind 4 cars for wash, it would NOT allow the code, telling me it had been used. Needless to say, there is NO help button. So I needed to drive through and go into the store... I know you can guess what is coming up next... 4th: YUP... first words out of her mouth "well you already used the wash"... and in a very rude tone! Are you kidding me? I offered for her to come look at my car... and I have no interest in scamming them for a $7 car wash! especially after spending $60+ on gas! 5th: she rudely and reluctantly gave me the receipt... 6th: I had to stay in line yet again behind 2 other cars... Since i had sent a text when I was pumping gas to let me company know when I would be home, I had a start time... this entire PROCESS took 29 minutes... that is crazy... I could have gone to a reputable car wash and had a hand wash faster... Terrible terrible service... I have been here before when they have had pump problems, but gave them the benefit of the doubt... not anymore.... Service was as bad as I could have imagined at a self service gas/wash station!!!!! Just pulled into the CAR Wash here! Do not go here. Paid for a gold wash. Entered correctly. Machine did not move around my car. Machine not working. Line out the door to complain. Tried to call and of corse no one answers. DO NOT USE CAR WASH here!!!!! read more

I want to echo caution regarding using the car wash. This is the only car wash I have used (other than washing it myself - so I know it wasn't anything else). The last time I used it on my SUV, I noticed light but definite scratches down both sides of the car. STAY AWAY! read more

Yesterday I paid for the car wash with my debit card. I selected "receipt" and no receipt printed (this happens occasionally-I use this station as it is convenient for me before I get on the toll road to go home). Sure enough, the car wash stopped working on the vehicle in front of me. She drove out to let the attendant inside the mart know and I was right on her heels. When I told him i had been charged for a wash I didn't get and wanted my 9 dollars back, he asked if I paid cash and I said no. He said the car wash stopped so the charge wouldn't go on my card and then walked away from me without another word to go fix the car wash. I get it...he had to fix it as there were a bunch of cars in line for it. But he didn't bother to tell me to wait, or apologize for the inconvenience or tell his assistant to help me, so I was left standing there not knowing what to expect and eventually had to leave to pick up my kids. Sure enough, today my bank account shows a 9 dollar debit and after a couple attempts at calling (the line was busy), I got through. He said the charge was processing and would be taken out, but I could come and get a car wash from them today. I said I would wait to see if the charge goes away this week. I can't go back there until Thursday, so if it doesn't get retracted I hope he remembers the offer for the car wash. I changed this review from one star to 2 based on the fact I was finally able to talk to someone and he was at least helpful enough to offer a wash but overall the whole experience left a bad impression. read more

I have not found a setup to fuel as inefficient as this gas station. The idea is that you follow these steps: 1. You find an available pump 2. Read the instructions on the screen: "Pay Cashier inside." 3. Go inside and get in line 4. Tell the cashier how much gas you would like to pump 5. You estimate and hand out either the cash or credit card 6. You go back to pump and fuel your tank 7. Come back to get any change if you pump less than you pay in advance 8. Go back to your car and leave. As it is, this setup is already cumbersome and annoying. To begin with, there are no clear instructions to establish a flow of traffic on how to enter the pump aisles. With no clear directions to move the traffic in an orderly manner, drivers can go in both directions and obstruct the entry or exit of upcoming traffic. Then you have the problem of the small screen against the sun. By the time you find out what your next step is, you have already tried to do what you would do at any other pump station: swipe your card, select the gas grad and place the nozzle on your car. With no gas coming out, you go back to the screen and realize that your next step was not what other businesses do. You are forced to inside. Once inside, you have to get in line, before any of the cashiers can assist you. No signs to direct you on what you need to do inside, either. You go behind other customers who are waiting for other services. You would think that a cashier would authorize your pump once you hand your card, but there is another step that requires you to estimate how much gas you need. It is not a simple operation, as you may think, especially if you do not know your tank capacity and did not pay attention where you left the gauge. A simple transaction has become a complex operation of guessing. No problem, you are told: just over estimate. Let's say, you only need half the tank, estimate fifty dollars. If you do not need fifty dollars' worth of gas, you can come back for the change. Fine, you overestimate and be done with it. If only this would make things easier. Even if you go back, pump your gas and come back for change, there is the matter of getting back in line and wait for your turn to get your change. But if you are one of the unfortunate travelers that have the luck of a bad pump, then you have to come back, get in line and request again the authorization. You will be told that you can drive around the pumps and find a different one and go through the whole thing again. Or you can take your business somewhere else, to the gas station across the highway where you can swipe your card, pump your gas and be on the road again. read more

I took my 2015 GMC Terrain thru the car was the other day and when the large turning wheel started to go over the hood, windshield & top of my suv I heard metal on metal loud sounds. I was in a hurry to pickup my son's car from RSM Toyota and did not look at my GMC until I got home an hour later. I noticed small little dings on my hood & top of my suv. I called the Shell Station and told them about it. The clerk said to come in the next day to speak with the manager. I came into the Shell station and I explained what happened. She said " Nobody else had complained about their cars getting damaged". She rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't care. She finally agreed to go outside and to look at the damage. She took a few pictures and then asked me to fill out an Incident report. Her name was Mireya, what a peach of a manager she was. Not. I received a phone call from a Johnathon the next day. What a piece of shit he was. He told me the car wash could not have damaged my car & that they were not going to fix my car. He said that he checked out the car wash and it was fine. He noted he has no experience being a car wash repair person. Since his car was not damaged meant mine could not have been damaged. My vehicle sits higher SUV compared to his little car. Please Do Not patronize this Shell station unless you want your vehicle damaged. They will deny any problems with their car wash. See other reviews regarding others who have had their cars damaged. They have no Integrity & are very Dishonest. Do Not get fuel or car washes there. read more
