My car left extremely clean and spot free. I read the reviews and went anyways - I was glad I did so. I think they must have installed a water filter or something because my car was as spot free as when I get it back from dealer service - and I know the dealer car wash does something to their water so it dries with no spots. The 2 pre-wash guys are as courteous as I'd expect from some dudes who are washing cars all day. I don't expect any special pandering for $9. One pointed at the instruction sign, which was easy to read and helpful. I hadn't recently been to a wash where you put your car in neutral and the system just pulls your car through on a belt, so it was a good reminder. The air dry system got rid of most of the water, and 2 minutes down the road the rest was gone - spot free. Maybe other reviewers went at a different time of the week when the water was dirty, I'm not sure. But during a mid-week day, I was spot free and happy to have a clean car very quickly for under 9 bucks, my 'lazy limit'. read more

WHAA - I needed to get my car washed and for $9, and a 10 minute wait, I got a great wash. There was a bit of a line, which to me meant it was definitely going to be good. A small group of guys scrubbed down my car before sending me into the automatic wash. I will be a regular here. read more

I forgot my last visit in February, shame on me...I returned yesterday and paid about $13.00 for their premium car wash only to have the dirt on my car moved around by the high speed water, and sopping wet when done. I had to use hundreds of the stations paper towels to dry the car and the sad truth is that the gunk and dirt was still on the car so all I was doing drying it was rubbing it in and ruining the last wax job. PLEASE beware of this business, they are just plain awful. I complained to the manager and he shrugged his shoulders and told me the owner didn't care and that they offer no 2nd wash or refund. read more

Excellent wash. Very clean even with two young workers pre wash windows, body and wheel before into the wash garage. The workers there are so motivated, happy and hands on help. Glenn Urban jumped out his office to help me open the gas cap when he saw my injured wrists were not able to turn the cap. The two prewash young guys did a detail job. Standard non "food mart" gas station with automated car wash. Nothing special, nothing bad.

Basic inexpensive automatic car wash. Here are some tips: 1) Get the plain wash with none of the extras, 2) Make sure that you TIP the guys who prep your car with the power washers - they'll spend a little more time scrubbing and washing, 3) Bring water absorbent microfiber cloths and pull into the parking area to dry off any remaining water. The parking area is pretty cool with vacuums and it's a pretty good area if you need to slap on a coat of sealant or wax. read more

I definitely recommend this car wash. It's pretty much the perfect place to go for your regular car washing needs -- reasonably priced and the wash does a good job. They have a few different options depending on the amenities you want, ranging from around $9-14 I think. A live person pre-rinses your car and another person directs you as you drive into the car wash, which is a nice touch that I've never gotten anywhere else. My car was clean when I came out and I certainly felt like I got my money's worth. FYI, when you emerge from the wash, there's a set of lights that look like they should tell you when you're supposed to drive off, but at least for me, nothing lit up. Based on my experience here, once the wash is done, you can drive away when the track pushes your car forward a few more times and then stops. Bottom line -- I definitely recommend this car wash. read more

For a 5 minute car wash, you have to wait more then 30 mins. If you come in the afternoon or on the weekend, you'll have to wait double the time. There are so many cars here that there isn't enough space and theres a high chance of getting into an accident. Make sure you get a receipt from the clerk. The clerk said just go to the car wash and the guy at the car wash said you need a ticket. They don't care about their costumer service. read more

8.95 for the basic car wash. They have two guys prewash the car by hands and the car moved to have a full machine wash cycle. Not bad for the price but wish they will give us the wet disposable towel to clean the inside while the exterior was being cleaned. read more

This is a unique "automatic" carwash in that they have two guys scrub your car first before it goes into the actual carwash (similar to ones you see at other gas stations) but having the guys scrub the car before hand makes a difference. Hands down the best drive-thru car wash anywhere in or near SF. Before going through the automated wash two guys wash and spray your car down, so it's pretty much clean once it goes through the tunnel. Wish they had more space at the vacuum area. There isn't much room to have doors open and vacuum comfortably when that area is at capacity. read more

Great place. I use it at least once a week during the non-rainy season. If you think they missed something, they will let you run through the wash again, no charge. I don't understand the guy who said they won't let you do this, but maybe he is making it up because he was in a bad mood. In my ten years of visiting this place, I have only had to ask to run it through the wash again twice, and that was because I had been to Tahoe and my truck was pretty dirty. They replaced their dryer in the last year or two and it dries the car even better than before. I get their basic wash and it does a great job. read more

This place is the biggest rip off! You're much better off at a regular gas station car wash rather than these knuckle heads! $12.95 power wash!?! Car is still dirty. I brought in my car because it had been sitting under foggy dripping eucalyptus trees for a couple of nights. After going through a power wash, which had a power soak and something that was supposed to get rid of bug gunk it still looks filthy. And I got a "free" 3" scratch. The big washers flaps clumped up and so they weren't getting the whole car. I'm going to have to contact shell with my complaint but not feeling hopeful. read more

I come here quite a bit for a quick wash. There's always a wait on the weekends so unless you are in a hurry... DO NOT COME HERE as you will wait 30 plus minutes! Package 3 is a scan & ive seen the prices go up from 12, 13 and now $15.99. Your wheels will not be cleaned! Get the cheapest wash and then bring some when cleaner & clean em yourself. The guys hustle and do their best to keep everyone moving. The management & owners seem to the the greedy ones here! If you're concerned about scratches, I suggest before you go thru the wash, take a quick video of your car with your cell phone. For a fast car wash and what they charge, I am satisfied. I use the super wash after the rain when my car is spotty and extra dirty, or once every 2 weeks, so there is no built up grime. Don't expect a quick car wash to remove road grime that has been accumulated since last years rainy season! If that's the case, you need to go get a hand wash, get it detailed or spend an afternoon to do it yourself. I can wash/quick wax/wash wheels and dry my car myself but it would take me about 2 hours. For $10, I prefer to come here and I'm in and out in about 10 minutes. read more

Service was horrible! Owner came up to me and refused to let me take my truck through the car wash on Mon 10/26/2015. There was some moss on the camper shell because I have to park on the street under trees. He told me to use the self service 2 blocks down. Im giving it one star for my most recent experience. Came after 7am for the vaccum. I know its super early but I want to get errands done as soon as possible. I paid the 1.50 in quarters as needed but it wouldn't turn on. The nice man in the gas truck noticed it as well and mentioned "oh its probably not turned on yet". Which I totally understand due to the time. So I then go approach the only man working at the time sitting in the gas booth and tell him "good morning I dont think the vaccum is turned on yet since I'm here early". He has a really nasty attitude and look on his face before asking if I paid which I told him I already did. He then goes to turn it on and I thank him. I was able to clean 3/4 of the inside of my car. Satisfied with almost being finished I pay again,assuming it will turn on automatically. I have the same problem it doesn't turn on after I pay. So then I tell the worker again of what's happening and he rudely tells me I have to pay first. I wish I gotten a look at his name tag but I didn't. So I go back to my car and the vaccum to see if it turned on and it hasn't. I try to get a refund from the machine but it doesn't allow me. I ask the man for a refund and he has a really poor attitude and mean look on his face. Only after I ask for a refund does he get out of that small booth to turn it on. After I finish the rest of the car im still sitting inside and I notice another customer with the same issue. He goes to turn it on for her without all the nasty attitude. I realize he has never even turned on all the machines all they way because only then does he proceed to open the inside of all to turn the knob or switch inside of it. That really upsets me becauseI came to this place lots of times before and this is the only time I have had an issue with this location and its because of him. I can understand if I was being rude to him prior to needing his help but I wasn't its too early and I have no reason to be mean or rude to him. If I see him working and I happen to come by I will not give this place any of my money or time because its not worth it . very disappointing experience. read more
