I stuck with them. Then I moved and have about a 15-minute drive to get to them. I still stuck with them. The creativity of their workout circuits, along with their constructive feedback and familial feeling of the way instructors and clients interact, makes Prime a critical part of my fitness and overall wellness routine. I let my guard down about a year ago and got to the heaviest I had been - 200 lbs - mainly because I wasn't going as often and not eating as well as I could have.
