I give Sherry's Flower Shoppe 2 stars. The bouquet of flowers were beautifully done. My dad had gifted me a bouquet of flowers for my Birthday that were to be delivered on 12/16. The delivery never happened on the date specified. My dad followed up with a call to Sherry's Flower Shoppe the woman at the flower shop stated they did not have the delivery address : / and assured him I would get them on 12/17 (my Birthday) before 6pm. I never did get them. They were finally delivered on 12/18 @ 2pm. Like I said, they were beautiful but looked like they were already wilting with some damaged flowers and foliage. I tried my best to keep them as beautiful as I could so he can see what he gifted me on 12/24. By 12/23 the flowers were dead and the foliage was a dry and falling apart. So, I decided to call the flower shop myself. The 2 local numbers they have listed had a recording stating no more orders for the rest of this year and you were not able to leave a message the phone just hung up. I ended up calling the 800 number they had listed and a gentleman answered. I briefly explained what had happened. His first response to me was.... We only deliver flowers when we have a delivery person. That stumped me completely since they are in the business of delivering flowers in a timely fashion. Hence the date the customer wanted them delivered on. They were 2 days late. The gentleman asked if he can call me back. I gave him my cell number. This flower shop is the worst. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I agree with the other bad reviews. I ordered for my Grandmothers memorial. What I ordered and what I received was unbelievable. I wrote to the owner and she responded by blaming me for ordering through an online service. That the photos online are professional, and basically that their excuse is that I shouldn't compare what I ordered to what I received. If this will allow me post photos I will. I have the side by side. It was so awful, I had to order more from a different shop. I couldn't bring them to the luncheon. Never tried to make it right, never apologized. Sherry just told me I INSULTED her by saying the flowers were cheap. SMH. Anyone who wants to see her email and/or photos, please let me know I would be happy to share. i have ordered maybe 3 to 4 times from Sherrys flowers and the first 2 times i was very pleased. the last 2 times tho i have been so disappointed i almost feel like i was ripped off with how much i paid compare to the quality and quantity of the flowers that were actually delivered. Ordering from LA and basing everything solely off of pictures online , one would expect to atleast have similar amount of flowers or blooms compared to what is pictured that you think you will get. as u can see even with picking the slightly bigger bouquets and paying extra for them, the arrangements delivered the last 2 times i've ordered are VERY UNDERWHELMING. i've read disclosures and understand some substitutions sometimes are done due to seasons and flower availabilities but the QUANTITY of flowers and quality OF the arrangements should never be compromised. SO DISAPPOINTED AND DEFINITELY DO NOT FEEL LIKE IVE GOT MY MONEYS WORTH with these arrangements. read more

We ordered an arrangement for a wake. It was delivered the day of the wake and we were shocked at what we saw. At least a quarter of the flowers were wilted and almost dead. For $125 you would expect the flowers to at least look good for one day. When we contacted the business, they were not even apologetic. read more

Worse place ever to get flowers. They did not provide anything near what I ordered on their website and the quality of the flowers were no where near what I paid for. I called to find out why and they gave me so many excuses as to why it looked nothing like what I ordered even blaming teleflor for giving the example of what I thought I was ordering. I received a gift of two-dozen roses that were delivered Wednesday afternoon. By Saturday morning they were wilted, brown, and tipped over. I called the business to inquire about replacements and their answer was "we have no record of that order" "you are not in our system" "They may not have come from here". I went to the shop with the card that was attached to the arrangement that clearly stated Sherry's Flower Shoppe, showed them the video of the person delivering the flowers, to which she verified as an employee. STILL, the owner would not honor the '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' on her website stating that because they were ordered using a third party, she was not responsible for the quality. The Roses came from her shop, her delivery person, with her business listed on the card. The flowers generally last longer than you'd expect and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I had a mild issue with a bouquet once and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be delivered. I have been using Sherry's Flower Shoppe for several years; I have ALWAYS had great service and beautiful flowers. I have never been disappointed. I wonder if the previous one star reviews may have mistaken Sherry's Flower Shop for another flower shop; these reviews seem to be completely the opposite of my experience. I especially wonder how a previous review from 8/15/17 found there service "very racist;" I did not know flowers could discriminate against different races. I have never found the staff to be "crabby, and unprofessional." We used Sherry's Flower Shoppe to send an arrangement of white flowers for a relative's funeral. Sherry assured me over the phone that the flowers would be beautiful. We were sent a picture of the flowers that she made from our son and they looked NOTHING like they should have! They looked like a child had arranged them in the vase. In fact, the only thing we recognized about the arrangement was the vase. I will NEVER call this shop again. When we called & complained, we were given a credit of %25 of what we had paid......a far cry from being satisfied! Today was my first time ordering flowers from Sherry's Flower Shoppe website. I didn't know what to expect, as it was an online order, however, the bouquet I ordered was EXACTLY as pictured. They really delivered what I ordered to the very detail. I was very impressed and will be ordering again. I was even more pleased with their customer service. My pick up time was supposed to be at 11. At 10:00 Sherry left me a voicemail saying they will be closing because of many unexpected wedding deliveries they had scheduled today. She left me know that she left the arrangement at the jewelry store next door and even left me her personal cell phone number to contact me if I had any trouble. Someone else from the store called me again as I was on my way to pick up the arrangement to double check that I didn't have any questions. They were SO kind and really unnecessarily apologetic for the pick up location being switched. They put forth every measure they could have to ensure I knew how to find my bouquet, and it was really no trouble at all! They even wrapped the bouquet in a cardboard pyramid and a beautiful rose printed flower sleeve to cover the flowers for extra protection during transport. I was thrilled with the beautiful bouquet, but I was even more impressed with their wonderful customer service. Many florists can deliver beautiful flowers after years of working with them, but not everyone can deliver such great customer service, and because of that, I will always be placing orders through Sherry's Flower Shoppe and will be referring my friends and family to them as well. We contracted Sherry for my daughter's wedding. We decided on the bouquets and the centerpieces. As requested, we payed the bill upfront. The day of the wedding, Sherry had apparently booked two weddings. She arrived at the country club without the materials we provided for the centerpieces, resulting in the centerpieces being just awful. They were nothing like they were supposed to be. Sherry overbooked herself and my daughter was the one to suffer. Sherry did not even apologize for her mistakes!
