I was an employee, and witnessed this, and questioned owner, he tried to tell me I was mistaken, it belonged to him, until a clients house was burglarized 2 days after he finished painting their house. they had sold their house, and bought another, (house we painted) they had very expensive equipment and all their belongings stored in garage until remodeling completed. He didnt even show up to receive second half of payment! guilty? definitely! I immedietly quit he owed me 500$ pay and refused to pay me what he owes me. weeks prior he never wanted to pay me for the hours he owed me! He deducted hours for no reason. We originally thought we would need three cans for the kitchen, and he suggested we buy only two. Boy was he right! We ended up needing only one can, so three would have been overkill. The whole shopping experience was quick and easy. The paint was a bit pricey, even with a coupon, but it was worth it. The quality of the paint is much better and in a high-traffic area like the kitchen we both feel better knowing that we went with a more durable paint!

He examined the paint chip that was peeling, did a complete assessment, and gave me guidelines to prevent peeling in the future, such as making sure the wood is good and dry before painting, provide an oil base primer, and then buy a high quality paint. I have been to those other box store places and they do not compare, the service and attentiveness along with the quality of the products can't be beat. Any home projects you may have they will help with, letting you know what is needed, how to do it, and the most economical option for you. Also, they take all of your old paint cans for recycling so it is a great place to drop this off as you can't put in your trash or recycling. Also, if you are unsure on how a color will look on your wall, the staff there will guide you into which hue to choose. There were some that I was told would be too much on 4 walls with little light but went a shade down and it was perfect.
