I got them the panel boards (one from each, to match the paint) on Thursday evening and was able to pick them on Saturday morning and the paint came out to be just perfect. She had left detailed steps for the entire process (since i had messed up the drawer panels and needed to get rid of the old paint before setting the new one in) which i definitely appreciated. Kevin as usual being super helpful, guided me with the options for a couple of foam rollers, hand held pails and a few other accessory items that i needed for my project. They said if I took it to Home Depot or other big box store, they would just run it through the computer, mix the paint and give me the result. But with Kelly Moore, they do that same computer process, but then they spend time with the paint, and apply it to different surfaces and tweak the color if necessary until they are confident they are giving you as close a match as possible. This process took an extra day or two, but was worth it in the end to get a great match. They def go the extra mile. TY.

I had another can of paint I wanted duplicated but wasn't sure. He told me to give him a call to let him know and gave me his card. I called that same day and left him a message to get it done. I came back the next weekend and nothing was done. When I spoke to Michael, he told me that I didn't call. I explained that I did call. Regardless, when something like this happens, you expect the company to just say, "don't worry, we will take care of it now," or, "how can we fix this?" That didn't happen at all. I just said I'll take it to Home Depot and they just said, "ok".

But getting the same paint on Blossom Hill was a TOTALLY different color. And Sundays they are closed.
