I drove to the store to be stand at the counter for 15 minutes while they searched the computer for my order. When they found it they told me "sorry, we don't have your order and have not had the product in stock all day. No, we can't give you a refund, but they will process it tomorrow." I think most of their customers are contractors who do painting or sealing professionally, but they sell to homeowners too. I went back this year, planning to do another coat to get a really thick layer on, and they actually recommended not applying any more, and explained the reasons why. Explanation aside, I think it says a lot about the company and how they stand behind the product, such that they turned down business because a second coat isn't needed or recommended for at least another couple years. So, if you're engaging in an expensive endeavor, you need to make sure you're dealing with an ethical company who hires good people and uses a top-notch product. That's Nash Painting. From soup to nuts, the people at Nash Painting were patient, considerate, friendly, professional, and efficient. It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted and how I wanted it done. I doubt that I was the ideal customer. I took too long to make decisions. I waffled. Never once was I treated with derision, frustration or nastiness. Not once. It may seem like a small thing but when preparing to spend $$ for something not easily changed, it's a process -- and the Nash Painting crew went through that process with me. Darren the carpenter came out to my home prior to doing the work to walk the property with me, ask what I needed and gave me insight in to how he planned to do the work. Led by Jose and Sergio, the guys were prompt (that means early... but you have to be in this awful Middle Tennessee summer weather), diligent, thoughtful, hard working, and meticulous. They took pride in their work and it showed. They arrived early and stayed late, working the entire time. They applied several coats to my home and did so evenly and professionally. My house has several odd peaks. Rather than making excuses about not being able to do the work, they got on ladders and made miracles happen. Unlike some other reviewers, I had zero issues communicating with them. They asked me questions, showed me what they were doing and kept me up-to-date about the whys and hows of their work. Polite, friendly and gracious, I was happy to provide them breakfast and have them at my home. The end result is a home I am extremely proud of. It pops. The color looks better than I imagined (after a brief freak out that I chose the wrong color) and I've had several neighbors ask me for my painters' contact information. My home looks fantastic and that's entirely due to the folks at Nash Painting. Even better, the work is warrantied for 10+ years so if anything crops up, I am not fearful that I'm on my own. Over the course of owning my home, I am sure to need painting services (touch ups, interior walls, etc.). Nash Painting is my new go-to. Home maintenance is expensive and (seemingly) endless. Spending $100 on a plant and pot that aren't necessarily worth it makes it even worse to tolerate the employee working. Would not recommend shopping at this shop. Moore & Moore is much more friendly and helpful. No need to hassle with a 20 yr old kid on the phone not giving a shit about your purchase.
