I want to revise my review. I've gone to SW twice this week and both times I had prompt, friendly service from knowledgeable employees. I'm excited to take on a project with a cool SW color (Sealskin) and happy to have a great paint resource close to home. I don't think they should be open for homeowner business- they're just not oriented for that level of service. The crew is always in the backroom working (I assume lol) on commercial orders.. I have literally gone in, looked around, gathered paint chip samples and left without ever interacting with an employee. And then SW does a huge E blast promoting their 'color of the year' so I go for a paint chip and of course they're out - and clueless about the promotion. He offered to show it to me on his computer screen (umm, I can do that at home). I'll stick with Dunn Edwards or Benjamin Moore (at Ace Hardware) - both have better customer service from more knowledgable team members. read more

No joke, one of the coolest paint stores I ever been to! Customer service is beyond excellent! Melissa the manager and her whole crew (the guys in back too) are unrivaled in making you feel welcome every time I walk in there! The store is always neatly kept also. If I'm honest here I must say that when I place an order they are always faster at turnaround than At Dunn Edwards. I appreciate my experience at the Shea (Scottsdale) store. read more

This place is the worst! The wife and I came in to buy paint and were treated miserably. The older dude with the frosted hair and goatee - black glasses - is a clown and took an eternity to take our order.
