The custom item is several times more costly, and risks that insurance won't pay. They say that they will submit to insurance, e.g. Medicare, but fail submit correctly. Then, they say they cannot figure out how to follow up failed insurance claims. It took me nearly a year to get them to correctly submit a nearly $4000 garment claim. I had to call the dozens of times, and instruct them how to format the claim.

Instead of honoring my coupon by overriding, they said they couldn't do anything and according to their manager there was a server error and to come back another day to try the coupon again...
