My favorite baked goods in town! Their coffee cakes, cupcakes and artisan bread is worldclass!

The Boston crème chocolate topping came out looking like a terd, instead of a actual Boston cream and the cream on it was chunky. The sugar was an old cookie that was probably left out for too long. The chocolate chip was very old and stale. Not impressed. Wish there was more care put into the dressing of the cookies and ensuring the freshness of the batch you are giving out to customers.

Even while pregnant I would I order or go to Crumbl weekly (the one in Franklin). However, this location has let me down since it opened when ordering via food service apps such as DoorDash. Tonight was the last straw as my last three orders have either missed cookies or completely replaced cookies without my knowledge. I ordered 2 honey bun, 1 chocolate crumb, 1 chocolate chip, 1 cowboy cookie, and 1 raspberry donut. I received 3 correct cookies out of the 6 i ordered. They replaced the cookies (cowboy cookie, 1 honey bun, and the chocolate chip) that were missing with two classic pink sugar and one chocolate crumb. I contacted my Doordash driver and asked if he was aware of the change of cookies or if they told him they were low on certain types and he said no. So, this means Crumbl gave me the incorrect cookies just for the fun of it which is frustrating. As I can't leave the house often, I think this location has lost my business for a while - or until I can go in person and make sure I get what I order.

We tried the egg salad, chicken salad, the viral hot cocoa with the peppermint marshmallow, plus a few bakery treats because obviously we have no self-control. That cocoa??? Unreasonably good. Like I'd go back just for that. They had kid sizes too, which is a major plus. They've got patio seating, which is always a yes, and the staff was super friendly even while moving at full-speed. It's a bit cramped inside, but everything about it is gorgeous. A quaint, charming tea room. My ONLY complaint and this is truly nit-picky is that I wish my biscuit had been warmed up. Will definitely return!

I LOVE a good bakery and I am kinda spoiled by over 30 years in San Francisco, where there is a great one every few blocks. I just found all the photos on my phone and realized I had not reviewed this place from last month's mini vacation. And honestly I know we got like 4 things for 4 of us to take home and snack on for the next day or so, but I don;t recall all the things we got EXCEPT for the white almond frosted cake(slice, but in a round shape). Everyone agree it was the one to beat, and not to take the crown, but it was the one that I chose. This reminds me that I need to find all the bakeries near me now that do "cake tasting" boxes and just treat myself every once in a while!!

This is not my first rodeo here, thankfully but I can confirm there's no way to choose a favorite. Literally no way! This time I got stuffed chocolate chip which is stuffed with a brownie btw! You read that correctly and it was decadent omg!! Literally all of it was so flavorful and baked to absolute perfection! I also ended up with the seasonal cherry, it was so good I forgot the full name of it, as I try to wipe away drool. The crumble texture divine. Again, so flavorful. Once I started in on both of these I couldn't control myself and ate them both entirely. I left none left for my husband to try, sorry babe! The shop is tiny and cute and the staff is super friendly. I love this spot! Such a super special gem in our downtown Franklin! It's a must!

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile by Sam. There was a display case full of yummy cookies of different varieties -- chocolate chip, stuffed chocolate chip (brownie inside), salted peanut butter cup, s'mores, brownie, sprinkles, oatmeal raisin, and vegan chocolate chip. They offer full-size cookies in singles, six pack, or a dozen or mini cookies in a cup, small box or big box. Whitney's also sells a small selection of drinks -- milk, sparkling water, chilled coffee, or regular water. We ordered a chocolate chip and a salted peanut butter. At $5 a cookie, this isn't an everyday indulgence, but the cookies were large enough to share. And they were really delicious, especially when they were heated up and the chocolate chips melted.

The shop is cutesy with pink walls and a little social media worthy photo op on one of the walls. Lines are hit or miss. I either walk by and nobody is there or it's a long line. I can't say service at this location has ever been noteworthy. It's more just moving people through the line. They offer mini and regular sized donuts. I love, love, love that they offer mini donuts. I've never been a big fan of their donuts, but the winter donuts may have changed my mind. My favorites have been Sugar Cookie and Gingerbread Latte. I enjoyed the buttery, flaky layers. I also grabbed an iced sugar cookie and that was delicious. For drinks they offer coffees and a case with sparkling waters, juice, and canned coffee. Five Daughters is worth a try if you find yourself near a location.
