They knew what to do and did it well, and they knew how to treat the customer for what they needed. The cashiers do a wonderful job but they get overloaded sometimes. I think having the self pay is a good idea. My problem is I placed an order and part of it came in and the other was shipped out a couple days out. I showed it was in on the Kohl's order and went to pick up. They said they didn't have it. I checked again & went back with the order number still said it wasn't in. Called customer service said it would be there about the 6th. Went back around the 9th still nothing. Sent my husband up and he was able to get one of the pieces that came after telling him that they didn't have it he was going out the door and they yelled at him they found one piece the other one wasn't there they said. I kept checking and it showed shipped at store. Called can't find that order number. I called customer service he said it should be delivered by January 6th. I have never received a email that it was in but on their site it shows delivered. I checked again and again and called again 1/23/26 can't find number. Called customer service they said it was delivered to the mailbox. But I told her that they said they couldn't bring up the order number so she said it's out of stock which to me they should have ordered me another one when I called the first time and told them they couldn't find the order number. I had a 30% off but honestly didn't want to use because I wanted this order settled so I lost that. I feel they did a disservice to me when I kept calling about the order. The second time I should've been told they would reorder it. Now I can't get the top I ordered 12/26.

No one seemed to want to help her and that upset me, but my companion was a trooper and just carried on only to break down after we left the store. It's sad, really sad. When I first went to Tint World under the new management and owner I wanted my Tahoe completed with…read morea whole new stereo system, and I got it done by a young kid for $250.00 for the entire stereo to be completely put in. The kid did a awesome job and he took his time and it sounded incredible. I didn't have any complaints about his job he done. I then came back and an older guy put in my backup camera and he went above and beyond and did a terrific job and I had great respect for the job he done putting it in. I bought another Tahoe and I went back to Tint World to just have certain wires ran because I wanted to do my own install this time. I got the same older Mexican guy who did a terrific job putting in my backup camera. I asked for him to run 2 power wires from the second alternator to the back where my second battery was located and run my car audio jacks and my remote wire. Well unfortunately I didn't get that done like I asked. He only ran one power wire and a supposed remote wire that I never could find behind the radio. I was charged $300.00 to have one power wire ran and that's it. I had to run my own remote wire and the other power wire that I asked him to put in and I had to run my own car jacks from the radio back to the amps. Which was what I paid them to do. He did a rush job on what I asked him to do and it has taken me about a month to fix his slope job that he did. I am very disappointed with the quality of work that was done this time. I feel I was ripped off by them this time. When initially I had to end up doing all the work myself after his slope job. Trust me I won't be going back to Tint World ever again for any more work. I feel like I ripped off by them like I did with the owners of the Tint World that was there before them. Just make sure that they do the work like you ask them to when they are done. Thank you for your time reading this. I just had to make sure I expressed every detail of what happened. I almost forgot he also only installed one 150 amp fuse to run 2 2,500 watt amps. Unfortunately the fuse burned in half the very next day. I even told him that 2 250 amp fuses were used on the last build and the were melting and so were the fuse holders. The owner, especially the gentleman with dreads, came across as insincere and unprofessional during both of my interactions. I brought in a crate of valuable hip hop records to sell, as I needed to cover a last-minute bill because I was the sole caregiver for my grandmother that had dementia, so her hospital bills were stacking up. I explained this to him, and I shouldn't have, but I didn't think he would take advantage of my situation. Despite showing the clear worth of my records--including a sealed original "Marshall Mathers LP" valued at over $200--the owner offered just $300 for over 50 albums of similar value. As a collector with over 20 years of experience, I knew this was a shockingly low offer. Needing the money and with other stores closed, I reluctantly accepted, but I felt completely ripped off. Later, the owner came to my home to view more records. He spent two hours carelessly disorganizing my collection, then made another unreasonably low offer. When I declined, he became aggressive, raising his voice and accusing me of wasting his time. His unprofessional conduct in my own home was appalling. I captured the entire incident on camera and seriously considered posting it, as his behavior crossed every line of respect and professionalism. Ultimately, he offered just $230. The next day, I sold the same records to Toad Hall for $1,400--over six times what Culture Shock had offered. This stark difference shows just how unfair their pricing is -- both buying and selling. While the owner's wife seemed polite, the owner (Skyler) behavior was entirely unacceptable. He clearly only values customers willing to accept unfair deals, and without his wife, I doubt this business would survive. After spending thousands of dollars here over the years, I can confidently say I will never return. If you value fair treatment and professionalism, take your business elsewhere. Toad Hall treated both me and my records with care and offered fair prices and they sell for reasonable prices as well and have a much better collection -- something I did not experience at Culture Shock.
