They provided me with price quotes for different gutter sizes and guard prices so I was able to pick the option that best fit our budget. I went with a brown tinted gutter so it had to be ordered. They kept me updated with the delivery status and scheduled the install as soon as they came in. The install was all done in one day and the new gutters look amazing on the house! For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.

After my last gutter cleaning I noticed the water kept overflowing from the roof in one spot. BJ claimed the underground pipe that drains the water from the downspout was clogged. This was not the case as I clearly showed him pictures of the water leaking off the roof and the gutter being dry. Unfortunately, he would not come over again to clear the downspout even after 4x emails and asks. This led to a lot of water damage in our basement from water pouring off of the roof and into the foundation. I finally got another gutter cleaner over. They simply climbed up, put a hose into the downspout and out came a bunch of junk that was clogging it. It was a simple fix he wasn't willing to do which cost me over a thousand dollars in damages. I really do not like writing negative reviews but I can't recommend their services.
