Brent is the "Real McCoy" when it comes to service writers. He's very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle maintenance. I mentioned in my last review, how happy the customers are, I now notice how happy the crew is too. I'm sure I can't give Brent all the credit, but it seems morale is up which is great especially since the pandemic seems to keep holding many of us back. This is not the first issue at this location -- we've previously had wrong tires installed, defective tires installed, valve stems not replaced, and brand-new tires leaking air. Store manager David showed no accountability and dismissed the issue. Poor communication, repeated mistakes, and lack of responsibility. Not recommended.
