A good thai option! We got carry out dinner here, Pad Thai with Shrimp and Pad Von See with chicken. The Pad Thai was good, not overloaded with veggies but I do with there was a few more. The hot and sour soup wasn't very good and a bit small. The Von See had a lot of chicken and was really good! The service was pretty quick and the interior was small and cozy- looks like a nice little place to eat in. Overall, there's some good options here!

Very good! I had the fresh rolls, spring rolls and chicken pad Thai. It was all very delicious and cooked perfectly.... I can't wait to go back.

Amazing! Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was fantastic, not too salty. Came out super quick. Portions are big and I am excited for my leftovers! Restaurant itself is pretty small. There's outdoor seating. Can't wait to order again.

I love SHINthai. I would say it's become my favorite Thai place in the area (but I haven't tried them all ...yet)! When dining in, I thought the restaurant was clean and we didn't have trouble seating a fairly large party inside. I have ordered takeout for dinner from SHINthai more often than I have dined in, though - especially lately with the Stay at Home order. They do a great job of getting takeout orders ready quickly and package them well so they're still hot and fresh when you get home! I love the pad thai, of course, but another of my favorites is the peanut curry. The peanut flavor is delicious, and I always think the vegetables in the dish are fresh and cooked well. Spice levels can be inconsistent, though - if you're someone who really wants that spiciness, it can be hit or miss. For example, last time we ordered, my Medium-spice peanut curry had no discernible spice, but the Medium-spice pad thai we ordered at the same time had a really good kick. The flavor of the peanut curry was still excellent, but I did miss the spiciness. Overall, though, definitely recommend SHINthai!

I was in the area and had a hankering for Thai food. I was going to order a carry out but decided to dine in instead. I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai. Everything was made fresh and piping hot! I like a side of peanut sauce with my Pad Thai. I like to eat with chopsticks whenever I have the opportunity. This is probably why I noticed one of my shrimp hadn't been deveined before they cooked it. I let them know and they made me another order fresh right away. The chef bought out my food and apologized for the error. The food is tasty and the mild was just the right amount of spice. I like it better than Bangkok. Bangkok's Pad Thai is usually dry. The Pad Thai here was complimented by the peanut sauce but it didn't need it. It was very saucy! The portions are also nice for the price. I'd definitely come back. PS...they even have vegan options!!!

Everything was alright except for the Pad Thai. It was a little too wet. Fave thing we ordered from there was the chicken wings.

Surprisingly tasty food and excellent service. This is a genuine and authentic Thai restaurant. The…read moreladies who served us were accommodating (peanut allergy) and went out of their way on a busy Sunday afternoon to explain details and comparisons on the menu. I liked the question "what Spicy level do you want ... (mild/medium/spicy)" for each dish. Decent sized portions and tasty food. The many and varied Pad Thai plates beckoned and we tried the omlette Pad Thai which was delicious and piping hot. Chicken Tom Yum soup and shrimp fried rice also were pleasurable. The atmosphere is really casual - the layout is more of a cafe than a formal dining room. I would definitely return and with friends.

To start, we got moo krob (deep fried pork belly) which is the Thai version of Chinese siu yook. I have to say, I like siu yook so much more - it's a lot more flavorful having been marinated with five spice and served with delicious sweet hoisin sauce for dipping. The pork here was bland and the sauce (fish sauce based) was pretty one note. For my entree, I got rad na (rice noodles with gravy, Chinese broccoli, carrots, and choice of meat - I got pork) which was one of the best I've ever had! They used fresh rice noodles and sautéed it properly to give it the "wok hei" (wok-seared flavor). The gravy was deep and flavorful and the portion size was very good. If everything else was as good as my entree, I'd give this restaurant 5 stars. Unfortunately, my mom's Kao mun gai (steamed chicken with rice and "special sauce") was awful. She asked if the dish had any spice because she can't do spicy, and the server said no, so she decided she'd try it. The chicken was way overcooked and dry, with no flavor at all. The sauce, the only thing providing flavor and moisture, was spicy so that she couldn't eat it. We asked if there was any sauce she could get instead that wasn't spicy, and they said no, but they can give us a bottle of soy sauce. So my mom used some of that, and also took some of my rad na gravy. But because the chicken was so dry and bland, it was beyond saving. My dad got the Thai basil fried rice, mild spice. It was definitely hotter than other Thai restaurants' mild, and my dad said the spice overwhelmed the other flavors. I tried some of it and it was not bad, but nothing remarkable. They told us that traditionally, it's served with the rice on the side, which was strange to me because then it's not fried rice - it's sautéed meat and veggies with rice on the side. I am curious about how some of the other dishes taste here, but it's a shame that 3/4 of the things we ordered were mediocre to downright bad. While I enjoyed my entree, I felt bad my parents didn't enjoy their food.

I love this place, the staff is always so friendly and have often popped out with my take out to my car. I've come too early before and they've offered to let me sit in my car and they'd bring it out to me when I'm ready. That's service! The food is always fresh and flavorful. We love the pad Thai with tofu for the kids and we go back and forth with curries and noodle dishes ourselves. Spice level here is standard and you can get it on the side if you're so inclined which is nice to amp it up on your own terms. Crab rangoons are still the best here with the green onion really perking up the cream cheese inside. Can't go wrong with any of the dishes. The community know about this place now so wait times are a little closer to 25-30 min during peak dinner times so plan accordingly for take out. They do have a small indoor seating area with a couple tables and bar seating but this is mostly a take out restaurant. Enjoy!

Ordered appetizer sampler, and tom yum soup, pad Thai, chicken and steamed tofu and veggies, extra hot, Thai basil with chicken and added mushrooms, medium spicy. $58.10 The chicken dumpling and the crab wonton are all cold, what in the world! The second try of the chicken dumplings were warmer and not bad. The crab cheese wonton is so-so, the cheese is not cream cheesy as expected, not sure if there is something else in there. Hardly any crab at all. The plum sauce is like a syrup, runny and super sticky and oh so messy. The Thai sauce and the basil sauce are both quite sweet too. The pad basil is good, good heat, lots of green peppers and carrots. The chicken is overcooked, it's a good thing it's swimming in sauce then. The tom yum soup was good, quite spicy for medium spice. Service is very good here, super warm, friendly and really want to give you a good experience.

Far East Chinese & Thai Food is FAR OUT and double good!…read more My office ordered lunch here for me and my boss' birthday today, and not only was the restaurant easy to communicate with regarding the large order, but the food was super dope as well. I ordered the Pad See Yu, and it was stupid good. The sauce had a hint of sweetness to it, and a healthy portion of beef, shrimp, chicken and pork. I didn't feel "cheated out" on anything like many other restaurants leave you feeling on combo dishes like this (see the photo). The dumplings come in 6, and we ordered both the steamed and pan fried. I failed to procure a photo of them, but these are the old school pot stickers - thicker dough and well made. Depending upon your mood, I could suggest either the steamed or the fried, but steamed is probably my fav. The egg rolls were crunchy and were not overly oiled, which means this restaurant cares enough to change their fry oil, ensuring that the guest has a better meal, rather than trying to stretch every last drop of an oil batch. I don't remember what everyone else got, but there were no complaints from the varied dishes I DO remember - Beef & Broccoli, Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Kung Pau and more. I'll most certainly be coming to this establishment again in the near future, and couldn't recommend to you more ordering here yourself.
