Really fun mini golf course but be prepared for BUGS! My family and I loved the course itself. It was well-maintained and there was a good mix of challenging and easier holes. As I mentioned though, there were tons of bugs. We were eaten alive out there. It would be nice to see the course put out some torches or something to ward off the bugs. Since they do not have such a thing, wear bug spray if you have it. read more

We went to play mini golf at Shipwrecked last night for the first time. It was $12 per person since it was after 5pm, which was a little pricey. Unfortunately, we were stuck behind the slowest group we have ever experienced. We ended up skipping a few holes and doing the last 6 holes and going back to the holes we missed once they had moved. In the time we played 6 holes, they did only 2. The course was also a little too easy and there were not many obstacles to play around. The employee who rang us up for mini golf was very nice and friendly though. I think we would've enjoyed the experience more if we weren't behind that specific group. read more

My husband and 4 grandsons thoroughly had fun playing the challenging pirate themed mini golf. It was good for all ages. Their favorite part was the ice cream cones afterwards. These cones were huge! Best deal in Bethany Beach. And they give back to the community by providing a fun time for cancer patients and their families staying at JBH. read more

I really loved coming here & as an added bonus supporting small business. The course was simple, family fun for put-put golf. Nothing too serious and no silly gimmicks. What I really appreciate are the benches for in between holes in case you need to sit for a second. We didnt find ourselves waiting too long for the people ahead of us and we moved quick during each set. There isnt much shade so we were happy to be out on a cooler June day. At the very end, my husband won the bonus round & it was a free game (we gave to another couple). They also have really good looking ice cream with about 6 seats outside. This place is wonderful! It's wonderful for an afternoon or night mini golf. The holes are very well thought out and decorated. Amazing ambience and vibe. Shipwrecked is a great little spot for an hour or two during a warm or cool evening after sunset. The staff was amazing, welcoming and very efficient in getting us equipped and on our way. Lots of delicious ice cream flavors to choose from too! I highly recommend for a family evening out. Pro Tip: Keep this attraction for after sunset or you will bake in the sun. Very good ice cream and a very warm and welcoming staff. They make their own waffle cones and waffle bowls. The ice cream comes from Hopkins Farm creamery. All the flavors are delicious and they're very liberal with their samples. Cow pie is chocolate and peanut butter which is an all-time favorite. Super clean and fun course! It was off season so it wasn't very crowded. We took our time and let the kiddos play around the course. We also enjoyed the ice cream afterwards which was tasty. They heard my daughter comment that she couldn't have the ice cream with peanut butter in it and immediately jumped into action and made sure they opened new ice cream for her that was not cross contaminated. Didn't play mini golf so I can't comment on that, but the ice cream was good and the line moved quickly enough. I love this ice cream! It is delicious and made at a local creamery. The serving size is XL and with one scoop they will happily give you two flavors. They make their own cones and leave a tasting dish out for customers. I haven't had the homemade cone, but overheard another customer say it was delicious. Driving through to Bethany and happened to notice Shipwrecked tucked back from the main road. SOOOO glad we went inside!!! HANDS DOWN the best ice cream I have EVER had!!! The freshly made waffle cones were OUTSTANDING (and I NEVER order a waffle cone - I've always strictly need a sugar cone fan - get the waffle cone!) Flavors we tried were peanut butter ripple - the CROWD PLEASER!! Holy smokes I would vacation specifically in Delaware for this flavor ice cream!! Also had the salted caramel and strawberry cheesecake - loved the cheesecake chunks! My mom who "didn't want any ice cream" ended up eating half our cones - so order some for everybody! Clean, new and a nice course. My kids like that the balls came in a huge variety of colors. I liked that covid protections were in place and there was an outdoor sink to wash hands. If you are looking for the light up alien or the giant moving dinosaur, this is not that sort. But we all enjoyed the course, The staff was lovely and the ice cream was really good.
