Excellent Persian/Mediterranean food at Shiraz in Las Vegas!! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The kebabs were delicious, the rice was fragrant and fluffy, and the portions were generous. Great service and a nice atmosphere too, the place was busy on a Wednesday evening! Definitely one of the better Persian restaurants in Las Vegas -- highly recommended!

Shiraz Persian Grill makes fantastic Persian food! It's a new restaurant located on Flamingo and Torrey Pines. You'll find them at Phoenix Plaza near Purple Potato Bakery, next to RD Envios. There's good parking. Soft opening was on July 26, 2026. Inside is bright, clean, modern, and spacious with plenty of seating and good instrumental music playing in the background. Menu offers a nice selection of appetizers, main course, Persian stews, rice, sides, desserts, and beverages. I ordered Kashk-o-Bademjan ($16), very delicious! It's eggplant blended in Persian whey (kashk), topped with fried caramelized onions, mint, whey yogurt drizzle, and the walnuts add a pleasant crunch, it's really good! I also had Hummus ($12), so yummy! It's a wonderful smooth blend of mashed chickpeas with tahini and garlic, topped with chopped parsley and olive oil drizzle. For dessert, they have baklava cake with saffron ice cream, cream cake roll, zoolbia & bamieh, and shirazi faloodeh. I ordered my go-to pastry Baklava ($10), superb and delightful! The phyllo pastry is served warm and flaky filled with plentiful crunchy pistachios, there's an amazing flavor of cardamon, saffron, rosewater, and has a light drizzle of lovely sweet syrup, so YUM, I love it! Service from Nooshin and Faran is very kind, welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! I highly recommend visiting them, Persian food is excellent!

Only three weeks old, Shiraz is still working out its service kinks, but the food makes up for it. We got the Barg and Chicken kabob, and the portions were very generous with plenty of leftovers. Forgive the service hiccups and go for the food.

Very spacious, bright, and beautifully designed with an upscale atmosphere. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially with recommending some of her favorite dishes. Everything tasted so fresh, and you could really tell they use quality ingredients. Hands down some of the best Persian food I've ever had. And don't skip the tea at the end--it was amazing! Highly recommend.

BEST Persian food I've had in Vegas! Restaurant looks nice. The service is excellent. All the apps and dishes we ordered were delicious and prepared perfectly! I'm still thinking about the Koobideh!!! They also make their bread fresh at the bakery in the same complex. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Shiraz Grill! Everything was really good--the food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Honestly, if you're reading this review right now, you're already using your time more wisely than you would by spending a single second or dollar here. Please avoid this place. What was supposed to be a special dinner for my wife's 50th birthday turned into an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience. From beginning to end, nearly everything about this visit was completely unacceptable. The incompetence started the second we walked through the door. There were only 4 tables of guests in the entire place, yet the moment we got seated, the waiter told us they were "very busy" and that the food would take more than 30 minutes. I actually agreed to the wait, expecting that the food would at least be fresh and high quality. Sadly, it was a total letdown. The food we waited for was an insult to Persian cuisine. The mast-o-khiar was completely sour and tasted terrible. The koobideh was drowning in a pool of grease--it was extremely oily, heavy, and just not enjoyable at all.The service managed to be even worse. One of the waiters had an incredibly strong, unpleasant body odor that smelled like a goat, which made sitting there trying to eat highly uncomfortable. The staff as a whole did not come across as professional or attentive on any level. The absolute breaking point for us was the total lack of basic hygiene. When our second round of bread arrived, there was a human hair visibly sitting right on top of the napkin covering the bread. Seeing a hair on food being served to our table was absolutely disgusting and raises serious concerns about their kitchen's cleanliness and food handling standards. We weren't the only ones suffering, either. We watched a nearby table of four (two couples) experience what appeared to be the exact same issues with their food. The two couples mentioned that their barg tasted like expired meat, and the gentleman actually requested to switch it out for a koobideh instead. In the end, they didn't even touch their meals and just walked out. When we brought up our experience and what we had witnessed with the other table, the response from the staff was extremely disappointing. They showed absolutely zero concern and just did not seem to care. There was no meaningful apology or any real effort to address our concerns.I expected much more from a restaurant named Shiraz, especially given the great reputation associated with Persian restaurants carrying that name in Los Angeles and other major cities. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to those expectations whatsoever.Poor food, unprofessional service, serious hygiene concerns, and a milestone family birthday completely ruined. They don't deserve even one star. If you're considering coming here, I strongly recommend spending your time and money somewhere else.

    Koobideh, Barg, Bone-in Chicken kabob.

Just tried Shiraz Persian Grill for the first time and had a great experience from start to finish. The restaurant is extremely clean with beautiful décor, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to greet me as soon as we walked in. The menu has a great selection, service was fast, and the entire staff was attentive and genuinely friendly. They checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. I ordered the barg, koobideh, and bone-in chicken kabob, so I can try a bit of everything, and everything was cooked to perfection. The barg was incredibly tender filet mignon, cooked to a perfect medium. The koobideh was flavorful and juicy, and the bone-in chicken had a delicate, delicious flavor. The rice was fluffy and tasty, and all of the sides were excellent as well. Nooshin took great care of me and was especially kind and attentive. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Really happy to have another quality Persian restaurant in town. Keep up the great work!

Wasn't going to post this but here it is, I arrived to pick up a large catering order on a busy Friday night. Seeing that they were busy I waited patiently until someone acknowledged me standing right in front of the register, but no one ever did that. Instead the lady that was at the register turned her back to me once she was done having a conversation with the table that was next to the register for at least 5 minutes and then the younger lady decided to help the person that came in after me and never acknowledged me still. So about 10 minutes after waiting I said excuse me I'm here for my order and asked if they did not see me, the younger lady starts hauling off at me about how busy they were and how she JUST bagged this order up but I literally watched her do it at least 7 minutes before that. And before I could get another word out she keeps going off at the mouth about how busy they are and how I could've just canceled the order if I didn't want to wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. But it's all good lol I asked a simple question. There was need for your employee to get that defensive. I understand it was busy, I also understand you acknowledge people when they are in your establishment no matter how "busy" you are. Almost 15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged once is CRAZY! Then these clowns have the audacity to give me a bad rating and say that I'm unprofessional. That's the first negative review I've ever received in my 7 years since RETIRING from the US Army and doing this as a literal service for the community. After looking at the way this owner talks to anyone that leaves a bad review I decided to share my experience as well! Edit: LOL THIS GUY IS HILARIOUS! Why would I interrupt your employee having a conversation with a customer instead of waiting for her to finish and then address me since I'm standing "like a statue" right in front of her?? But noooo LIKE I SAID SHE TURNED HER BACK TO ME. And the walked away. I have respect and patience so I was clearly waiting my turn. But it's when your employees start helping other WHITE people that came in after me and STILL acting like they don't see me when I have a problem. WHY THE HELL WOULD I LIE ABOUT RETIRING FROM THE AMRY DUDE? Look my name up idiot. Watch your mouth. You not untouchable. And yes I have PERMANENT FLAWLESS GOLD AND VVS DIAMONDS IN MY MOUTH , and I also own my house and my cars and have multiple properties around the United States. Instead of getting mad about every negative review u need to train your employees to talk to everyone the same and not just the PINK PEOPLE. I guess you think all Rideshare drivers are BROKE like your employees?? GOOFY.

Yelp Review 2026 #203:…read more This place is a ripoff! I placed an order using their website. I ordered a Beef Koobideh for $24, and a Soltani Kabob for $38. With tax and $1 convenience fee, the total was $68.19 I get there and I was told they don't have Soltani Kabob. Somebody should update the website. If you don't have it, don't put it on the website! So, they swapped my order with chicken (cheaper than beef) and a Beef Koobideh. Then, all of a sudden, my new total was $81! Like what in the actual F happened? When you subbed a more expensive menu item with a cheaper menu item? For the price, you can get bread and hummus at other Persian restaurants. Rumi only gives you rice, a quarter of an onion and a tomato! The food is bland. They don't even give you sumac. I'm never getting food from here again. Terrible!
