The salad that comes with the entree was nothing special, just lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers with too many seeds. I switched the dressing from one that's creamy to just olive oil and lemon which I like. The rice was cooked perfect. We ordered this for Mother's Day and it was a total hit! We got the Tahdig, Taftoon bread, and the Koobideh combo. I'm so glad I found this spot since my favorite Persian place is back in L.A. Ordered the Shish Kabob, the meat tasted very old and bad (couldn't eat it - it tasted like a gamey meat, not like beef at all). It is tough and gray with a very bad flavor. The meat was not even warm. I picked it up in 9 minutes. Seems like maybe they gave me old food? I had to throw it all away since it tasted sooo bad!! Don't bother going here. Wherever they source their meat is not good. Maybe they are cutting costs. It looked bad, tasted worse and ended up in the trash. I placed my order via online. I got the Chicken Kabob (Best Chicken Kabob Ever as advertised). Price was high for a kabob plate IMHO... it was over $25 (tax + tip included). I went with the chicken kabob cuz it's usually my go-to Mediterranean food item despite the cost. My order was ready upon arrival. They weren't super busy at the time. I just walked in, grabbed my order, and walked out. I didn't take any photos when I was inside because I felt eyes were on me for some reason LOL. It's all good. The chicken kabob plate looked so delicious. I couldn't help myself, but to eat a few bites before driving off to my next stop. It was indeed very delicious. Chicken was very moist and tender. Chunks were huge and plump. Rice was soft and fluffy. Veggies were grilled to perfection. I don't know if it was worth over $25 though. At least I gave it a try. Will I be back? Most restaurants separate hot and cold items, dressings and sauces while ordering takeout. Otherwise you get mushy gross food. When I called to let them know, they acted like this was totally normal... which is crazy to me. For a place charging over $120 for takeout for 2 people, the food and service should be way better. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience and the attitude I got when I called, I'm officially done. I've been coming here over 5 years and I'm just exhausted with the lack of care and lack of customer service. Like how about try to care about how you serve food and your customer experience. Customer service/hospitality is great: Friendly, checked on us, personable. Food is still good: the beef and chicken koobideh were tender, moist and seasoned nicely. The rice was a little dry and wasn't as buttery as I remembered but still very good. Prices went up, like every where else and everything else, but I noticed a "processing fee" on the bill. I don't know/remember if they have always had that and I just noticed it today, tbh. There are some excellent Greek restaurants in Las Vegas but this is different and it's called Dream Kabob Persian Cuisine for a reason and the Persian Cuisine is beyond compare. The restaurant sits in a shopping center parking lot but its very inviting once you enter, they are very welcoming and there is lots of seating between 2 different rooms. I know the cuisine pretty well for not being Persian myself but would eat it every day if I had it available. If we lived here we would be there at least once a week, probably more. Any time I goto a Persian restaurant the first thing I look for is house/home made doogh, of course they have it and it was so good I had to get another to go just to enjoy on the way back to the hotel. The restaurant has two different sides, one a bit more formal for lager family and gatherings where the entrance side was a little more casual but still extremely comfortable. You can see the preparation of the home made bread being made from the entrance side as well. Everything was so amazing, so many in house authentic items and speciality extras that were so tasty, the saffron and pistachio homemade ice cream is a must try. I would love to try the homemade baklava with the homemade ice cream next time we come back. Food portions were excellent, prices are excellent, you are getting absolutely delicious food and great service along with un matched flavors. No wonder they have been rated Las Vegas best Mediterranean food for it looks 10 years plus. Absolutely deserved. If you are in town or a local looking for healthy, great tasting Persian food you must goto Dream Kabob. It was a dream from the second we walked in.
