What a great new addition to Birmingham, we walked over after having dinner across the street and were pleasantly surprised with how busy they were. The staff was very helpful and nice! I got Dubai chocolate and white chocolate raspberry, they both tasted very good and had lots of toppings mixed in. The place is small but there were plenty of tables and room to sit.

Always amazing service and quality! The flavors are rich! The vibes are just relax and eat some delicious gelato!

So excited about this new gelato place!! I sampled a bunch and had the hardest time picking just one! The creamy texture, the flavor - two thumbs up! I loved kiwi flavor and white chocolate raspberry but pistachio flavor was the best I've ever had! I also loved the fact that they let you put two flavors in a small size cup. The space is nice and open, with the whole front wall opening up - perfect for the short warm season in Michigan. (Also, check out the bathroom:). It's all so orange you almost need sunglasses ). Finally, the girls at the counter are friendly and patiently let you keep trying different flavors with a smile.

This is such a neat little gelato place! There were so many options to choose from and I find this place very unique out of all of the dessert places in downtown Birmingham. The staff was very friendly and we were served very quickly. The bathroom was also very interesting and very orange so be sure to check it out if you get a chance! My only complaint was that the store itself was outside and there weren't enough tables for the influx of customers.

Ordered two petite cones (barely a bite each). Staff accidentally made a large cone, then shockingly tossed it in the trash instead of offering it to us. Watching perfectly good food wasted like that was upsetting and unethical. Won't be returning.

Shock was amazing! There was not much raspberry flavor in my gelato but it was still delicious! The service was great and they welcomed us with a smile, The bathroom was so cool, very very orange!

The service there was so good. They were not rude at all so I don't know what the other reviews are…read moretalking about. It's just a quick and easy thing you go in there they get your stuff done and then you walk out. The ice cream was really good, especially the shake it was only five dollars and that's not high at all for Birmingham prices. It's a very affordable place. The atmosphere is good. You just can sit on some benches and it looks like an old ice cream place from the 1900.

I absolutely love this spot, probably my favorite ice cream spot on woodward out of all of them…read more Loveeeeee the variety and just how many options there are! That being said we usually just opt for the classic twist in a cone, but have tried some of their custom soft serve flavors like mango and lovedddd! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is simply due to the issue with the hours! We personally have never ran into the issue of coming in once they've decided the final customer, but have watched for years as it's happened to others. I totally understand your hours are your hours, but sometimes the staff can be very rude to customers as they're walking up - especially once the weather warms up they haven't started their summer hours! Then there's the issue of not updating their hours as well, we just assume they close at 9 (don't bother to remember if it's 9 or 10, and when that changes), but it's disheartening to see them turn away those first few groups when they're within 30 seconds of the store closing. I just saw that they have a FB page where they occasionally update, but updating it on google would help too! And again totally get it, if you let some in you have to let them all in, but maybe just wait until 9:01-2 before putting one of the staff members in line as the final guest, and be a little softer with the delivery. People are coming in to have a good time, overall happy experience (it's ice-cream!) and it's upsetting to see them so sad when they get turned away.

Definitely a place to come with your friends after a long week or day of work to enjoy the happy hour specials! The menu has many food and drink specials from 3-6:30pm. I've never been disappointed! Our waitress was great and made sure we had a well spent girl dinner :)

I inquired about a drink another guest had, and the server said it was a mocktail that had white peach, strawberry, and coconut. I was disappointed because I have a coconut allergy, but the server immediately offered to bring me one without coconut. Appetizers were set on the banquet tables, and we could help ourselves. The shrimp were MASSIVE and they also had raw oysters served with them. They offered multiple sauces on the side for them. They also had dishes with cured meats, cubed cheese, and grape on the table. The dinner was served buffet style. All of the food was hot in the serving dishes. I was able to sample each of the offerings: Mediterranean crunch salad, sweet and spicy calamari, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes, vodka rigatoni, Alfredo rigatoni, grilled chicken, salmon, and filet mignon. I am not personally a big fan of pasta or red sauce, but the spicy vodka rigatoni was AMAZING. the Alfredo rigatoni and roasted potatoes were also great. I do think that the roasted vegetables would have benefited from some seasonings, and the salmon could have used a sauce or additional seasonings. The grilled chicken was personallyt favorite protein. The filet mignon did have some pink in the middle, but it was still a bit on the dry side. During dessert they brought out trays of mini desserts to each table. At this time the server who had taken my drink order hours early came to my table and brought me a giant portion of mango sorbet. He told me that he didn't know if I could eat any of the desserts, so he verified that the mango sorbet did not have any coconut in it and brought some for me. It was so nice!!! He remembered a comment I had made hours earlier, and unprompted brought my own allergy free dessert. I wish I had gotten his name! It really made my night. I will definitely be back in the future! The lighting was intimate , the service was spectacular, and the spicy rigatoni was great.

Will was phenomenal and truly made the experience. He was incredibly helpful while assisting with our order and his energy elevated the whole visit. He also shared that everything is made in house, which made the experience feel even more special. We ordered the Chicken Masala Sandwich, an Affogato, and a chocolate chip cookie. The Chicken Masala sandwich was absolutely delicious. The flavor profile tasted clean, fresh, and thoughtfully crafted. For the Affogato, we sampled several ice cream flavors before landing on vanilla, cookie butter, and dark chocolate. The cookie butter was the standout and absolutely phenomenal, but honestly any of the options would have been a great choice. The chocolate chip cookie was also incredible. I warmed it up in the oven after getting home and it completely took it to another level. If I had one recommendation, it would be offering warmed cookies in house because that made it next level. Overall, a great experience with standout food and exceptional service. Will alone made us want to come back.
