Amazing quality and taste with quick service.Easy to find, almost directly across from Pronto on Washington in downtown Royal Oak. I was thankful the clerk recommended trying 2 smalls as we could not decide. We want to try them ALL. The rolled ice cream we chose a strawberry with Nutella and the second was a purple ube. My granddaughter also got a taro and tapioca tea. All was amazing, we loved it. We will be back often to try all the flavors offered.

Halo-Halo How Are You?

I've been here numerous times and always usually come here for the "halo halo how are you?". My husband and I love Ube and their Ube ice cream is on point. Definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys Ube. It has an authentic Ube flavor. The service was always attentive and kind, and everything was made quick. They have tables and couches in the seating area and it's always so clean and neat. My nephew enjoyed their s'mores flavored rolled ice cream! It was such a hit. I would definitely recommend this place for their ice cream rolls.

Págos Ice Cream Rolls and Bubble Tea Ice cream rolls. Using the cold pan style. This produces a richer ice cream taste. Interesting place. I gave them 4 stars because of solid taste and not overdoing it. Good start. Work harder and stay true. Above the average ice cream place. Highly recommended

Girl, Let the Mango

I'm not sure what happened in the one year in between the first time I ever came here and today but it wasn't as good this second time around. The first 2 pictures are last year and third is me reordering Let that Mango. The flavor was so bland I could barely taste the sweetness or mango. Therefore subtract 1 star. Service was prompt. Ambiance was quiet. I like the couches.

Amazing prices and very cute interior, the service was great the staff was very polite and the ice cream was delicious! can not beat these prices in comparison to any other rolled ice cream shop, i will definitely be returning soon.

Halo Halo How Are You?

Really awesome dessert establishment in downtown Royal Oak that serves ice cream rolls with an Asian twist. Service was decent. Ambiance had friendly modern vibes. We ordered one halo halo how are you ice cream for 2 and it was plenty! The ube ice cream is crafted and rolled right in front of you doubling as a treat for the eyes and mouth. The toppings all blended well and complimented the ube forward flavor. Really enjoyed the touch of red bean. Delicious and not sickeningly decadent. I'll def be back to fix my sweet tooth!

Honey Dew and Brown Sugar Boba Tea

This place is truly a treat every time we go there we are amazed at the quality of the product and we get excellent costumer service ! Today we were lucky to be helped by See, she made us feel very welcomed!

Two RBJs, halo halo how are you and s'more the merrier

While the concept of rolled ice cream is not new, even in metro Detroit (had it in Detroit several years ago!), what makes Pagos stand out is their offerings. You really can't go wrong with anything, and I *will* try them all. Our group got the halo halo (my favorite -- ube wins, always), Robert Brownie Jr (duh) and I went with the S'more (wanted to hang onto summer just a bit longer on a chillier night).

#8 Robert Brownie Jr (Left) + #2 Ain't No Body Got Thai For That! (Right)

Came here on a Saturday night with friends and got the #2 Ain't No Body Got Thai For That!. Was nice and refreshing but does get boring quickly after about five bites. This is Thai ice cream mixed with lychee jelly and whipped cream on top. My friend got the #1 Halo Halo How Are You? which was super yummy. Would come back again for this flavor. I believe it is Ube ice cream mixed with red beans. Ube flavor ice cream is pretty rare to find in Michigan so I was super excited to see this on the menu. The ambiance was really nice. Super chill store to just have ice cream and mingle with friends.

Matcha and Ube

Good ice cream, it was fun to try something new! The staff was nice, the store itself was pretty cute, and we enjoyed the ice cream we got. We ordered the Ube and Matcha flavors, the Ube wasn't for me but the Matcha was delicious. I loved the mochi pieces, the drizzle on top & the added extras. I'm more of a traditional ice cream eater but I would recommend giving this a try!

Brrrberry

I tried their brrrberry ice cream and it was absolutely delicious! There were pieces of fresh berries mixed into a really smooth ice cream, and it was the perfect treat. There's plenty of seating as well, it was a good place to hang out and relax.

Spotting it from afar and being from New York thought it was 16 handles. It wasn't but very similar. Upon entering greeted warmly and with bright smiles. Proceeded to look at flavors to decide flavors. It does offer seating to dine inside. Very cute. Selected pomegranate and strawberry with coconut and other toppings. Saw topping looking like gummy bears that cashier recommended not a fan of gummies but decided to try. Whoa I was like a kid in candy store. They were like bubbles popping in your mouth. I was so enthralled I couldn't get enough wanted to return and purchase a cupful lol. When I say it's the little things. All in all sweet tooth satisfied, check and check.

What a disappointing experience. Yogurt City is advertised as self serve, but other than being able…read moreto pull the lever for your yogurt nothing else is self serve. If you want a sample the employee has to come out from behind the counter to get your samples, then you hand over your cup at the toppings so that the employee can scoop the toppings for you. Just so odd and the first time I've ever encountered this. The taste of the yogurt was also a big problem for me, most of the flavors I tried were like the sparkling water of frozen yogurt- you got a hint of what the flavor was and the rest of the taste was just sugar. The restaurant was clean, but there were hand written signs all over with their policy's. While I can appreciate trying to keep waste to minimum, it really felt like the owner went too extreme.

Try the pistachio yogurt and the cookies and cream. I like them both I added waffle cone, fruity, pebbles, caramel, and peanut butter.

The aesthetics here are very pleasant, pleasing, bright and colorful. I got the watermelon non-dairy frozen soft serve with Dulce de leche and dark chocolate topping that hardens. I added a mango drizzle and it was magically delicious! I think I ordered wrong. I went with the Sweet and Salty, which is soft serve ice cream with a hard chocolate shell, pretzels, and potato chips. A couple of major design flaws on this - the shell was so hard that I could not get to the ice cream and the cup was so small that all of the toppings were falling off (onto the ground). That said, I would gladly return to try one of the customized ice cream bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
