They have a great selection of shoes at discounted prices. From casual sandals, sneakers, boots to dressy shoes for a black tie affair, you can find it there, If you are lucky, you can find a pair of designer shoes at a real bargain. Tney have all sizes. Inventory changes frequently so stop by often. I needed some "bling" shoes for a sneaker ball event. I was able to find the Betsy Johnson bling sneakers for half the price I would have paid at the local department store. I also picked up a couple pair of sandals. The service is very friendly and staff is super helpful with finding shoes. I highly recommend if you are looking for new shoes.

This New Balance store is located in a small plaza on Cool Springs Boulevard that also features a Subway, Brown Bag and a few other local services. The store is not large, but it has the basics of what I enjoy about the brand. I have picked up two pair of new kicks from this location over the past few years...my office is right around the corner, so when I am trying to delay hitting the highway due to traffic, I sometimes swing by and that can be dangerous. Service is always solid. I have gotten great service in store, and as well when I called in to see if they had a particular style/size. Overall, not the largest variety, but enough of the classics for this to be solid spot to swing by for a good pair of shoes!

I'm OBSESSED with my final decision for the Coussin PM with silver hardware. I purchased it over the weekend and had it shipped to the store and scheduled a pick up appointment for a few days later/during the week when I had more time. I spent the next few days in anticipation for my appointment, and Dave kept me updated via text message. He really made this experience feel so special for me, I'm so grateful. During my appointment, Dave spent even more time with my husband and I, as we heard all about the LV brand, the specific purse I chose and the designer behind it, how to care for it, about the free conditioning to the bag if needed, the special straps that are not sold separately but I can purchase if something happens to mine. There is so much to know and learn and we had a fantastic time! He mentioned another client just brought this bag in that they have had for years and still looks absolutely perfect. My experience in a nutshell: SLOOOOOOWWWWW! I sat at this Walking Company store for an hour. In…read morethat time, I tried on three pairs of shoes. The place was exceptionally short staffed and the employee lacked any sort of hustle for taking care of customers. She roamed around the store, never really completing a task. At one point I waited 20 minutes for her to retrieve a new size. This was further complicated by the fact that I was buying sneakers. Their high-end kicks come with one of three orthotic inserts, and the included insert varies depends on the shoe. So, it's not like I could just plow through a bunch of boxes of shoes on my own. I had to wait for the associate's attention in order to try on each pair. And she was awful at explaining which insert went with what. So, I played a lot of solitaire and brooded. Why did I even allow myself to be a part of this waiting game? Said sneakers are super duper comfortable. I mean, walking on clouds, custom fit comfy. So, I endured horrible and sloppy service to procure perfect tennies. Do I recommend TWC? Yes. But you have been warned. It'll take a while.
