Every time I've been there, the staff has been knowledgeable, friendly, hilarious, and extremely willing to be helpful. I've felt comfortable making purchases here with this team that puts customer service first. I've gotten my daughter a pair of Yeezys and (most recently) a pair of patent red/black Jordan 1 highs and they were both in perfect condition.
