If I can give this place a 0 I would! The employees at this location has the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. As soon as you walk in, not one person greets you! Not even if someone is standing right at the entrance. You always see a lot of workers by the registers and when you walk right pass them they don't acknowledge you. I've been to this location plenty of times and each time I receive the same terrible treatment. The last time I was there, an employee was standing right by the shoes like a statue. She noticed me looking at shoes and didn't even bother to ask if I needed help. I was very impressed with the service level and pricing at the Shoe Palace. I was going on my honeymoon and needed a shoe that would work for long distance walking. I was greeted at the door by the manager of the store and she walked through a number of different options with me. I chose a pair of Nike's, bit after going home and wearing them around the house, the shoes where not a good fit. I went back to the store and she exchanged the shoes with no questions asked. As it turned out, they did not have the shoes I was looking for, so she called local stores and reserved a pair for me at a location that was convenient for me. I will be buying all my shoes at this location moving forward. Lastly, their prices are very good. Check them out, you won't be disappointed. read more

It is extremely hard for me to give such a low rating to this store, because I enjoy certain employees and miss Marissa a former manager for this location. But unfortunately there are certain employees who ruin things for all and for the location. A rude or bad attitude is not an acceptable thing in this line of work. If you don't like people or don't enjoy working in customer service then you shouldn't be in this field. It's the customers that pay your salary in case you forgot, because without sales the company cannot provide jobs. So the company employees need to remember this, and be more down to earth, friendly and humble. A customer should not feel discouraged or looked down upon when coming in to purchase your product. On another note there are employees such a as one of the current managers Josue who make it hard to not want to come back and continue to support the company as well as the location. I went in to ask for a refund the next day. They don't give refunds nor do they inform you at the time of checking out. So I ended up exchanging my item for a smaller size and a different color. When my friend went and asked one of the employees if they had the size we wanted to exchange for she said, "are you going to buy it?" I felt that was unnecessary. Of course I'm going to buy it your store leaves me no choice but to "buy" it. So she left to go find the size we wanted. After a few minutes another employee came outside of their inventory room and said, "she's trippin' I got the size you wanted." Of course we thanked him but our overall experience there had been horrible and the staff is very childish. This place really needs to work on their customer service skills. Rigged raffles, employees that work there to backdoor the big releases, and on top of that they are always understaffed and never help you in time. On the 24th of feb 2016 Sp were supposed to do a raffle for the yeezy boost 350 in PB colorway. While It was a week after the actual release and it seemed sketchy and just another marketing scam. I entered and made sure that alot of BASH group enter too. The group has over 30,000 people in it, and I my self made sure ti have at least 30 entries to increase my chances. The next day was the drawing day, and surprise surprise: NONE of the group members won. Out of 30,000+ people and more than maybe 30000000 entries, no one was able to get a shoe. I went in on 12/23/2017 between 11:15 -11:30 hrs to buy shoes for my son. I couldn't find the foot measurement device and proceeded to ask the Filipina cashier. When I asked her if the store had a foot measurer, she answered me "WE DON'T HAVE ANY" but she did it so rudely. So, I decided to go across and check if Foot Locker had the exact same shoe I was going to purchase at Shoe Palace. Thankfully, the gentleman in Foot Locker helped us find the shoe measurer and my son's shoe size! The manager is completely unprofessional! I have been scammed twice at this location! I bought a pair of shoes and the manager automatically rang up a bottle of shoe cleaner ($10) and two extra pairs of laces ($5). He told me they would be free since I spent $160 on shoes. As I was walking out of the store, I saw the extra $15 charged to me for the items I never even wanted in the first place! I politely told him I didn't want these extra items. He wouldn't take no for an answer, so he said he would throw in the shoe laces for free. I checked my receipt and he charged me for them once again! I checked the tracking number and it said they were delivered, so I called customer service which was very hard to get through I would get put on hold and never answered or if I called back someone would send me to voice mail.
