Last week we went to buy uniforms and so glad they now allow you to use their fitting room. , that's really nice.

Went to buy something and had a feeling of being watched. Kept getting watched by the workers over trying to buy 20$ dickies pants lol. Thought I was just tripping until all my friends from Mira mesa said the same thing about Them watching you while You shop. so I wrote this review and encourage them to do the same. I would have been bought those clothes but I rather go drive to 5 for ten or Kim's mart so I won't get a bad vibe from going in here. read more

Every time I walk into this place the Old lady always pretends to ask if I need help finding anything and when I say that I do not need help she follows me around pretending to fold clothes or put things away acting like she's busy. She thinks I'm always going to steal when in reality I'm not. I do not recommend this place you are always being watched! read more

Customer service was terrible. I walked in with my partner and my younger sibling, we had a Twix and they had a trash can so my younger sibling proceeded to throw away the wrapper in the trash can. An older worker sitting down on his phone not helping anyone told him eat it outside but he was throwing the wrapper in the trash can and he said "I SAID THROW IT OUTSIDE" I heard it from across the shop. I walked over and he told him "You can go outside" he walked outside no problem but proceeded to keep talking about the trash can and said "I don't throw food away" I said "There wasn't any food we ate the candy" he didn't say anything and said "He keeps running his mouth" To a younger child. I left the establishment. And proceeded to keep yelling at us walking outside. I believe he was being disrespectful and discriminating us because we don't live in the area, and don't look like we "belong" in this area. Do better. read more

This store is the typical dickies/uniform store. The workers are very friendly and do try to help if you are trying to find a specific size. My boyfriend came for some work pants for his job when he was an electrician, and I had came here for nursing scrub bottom and tops. There is a huge selection however there is never anything that is truly on "sale" on their sale rack. You can purchase things online for cheaper if not the same price, so it is the convenience of knowing the certainty in size and having the clothing article right at that moment. You cannot try on clothes, however there is a mirror on the outside door of the fitting room that you can at least get a body view of if the item looks like it will fit. read more

This is strictly about their business practices and not their clothing. Went to Mira Mesa store 2 weeks before Xmas for gift cards for my grandsons. Clerk says their out. WTF? Out of gift cards at Xmas. I give them the benefit of the doubt, since their clothes have become popular with teens lately, and give the boys cash. Twin grandsons birthday is coming up and I call the MM store. NO GC's again. Double WTF! I call Dickies Corp customer service and got the run around. but I'm offered a 20% discount if I order gift cards online. Oh well! Better than nothing. I go to Dickies site and start reading the fine print. Online cards are only good for online purchases and no good in stores AND if by chance you can find a store selling gift cards!!! Their NO GOOD at the Dickies website. Unbelievable! I know of no other company that pulls this crap. read more

This is the first time visiting this store , the lady was helpful and convinced me that I can return if it doesn't fit, I should have not bought anything because the store doesn't have a fitting room . If there's a fitting room it should not be a problem , the negative thing about this store is no refund only exchange which I didn't know after I already did my purchase, there's no signage outside or even in the store about it , only on the receipt . It's a business tactics that's not customer friendly, misleading their customers , they lure you 100% so BEWARE, do not buy here read more

My husband and I came in last night with our baby to buy our baby some shoes. Honestly, if I could give this place a thousand stars I would. You don't find shops with this level of customer service and care anymore. The owner is so sweet. Just absolutely above and beyond. They have a lot more than just shoes too. They have clothes and I saw nurses scrubs too. Lots of stuff. Save yourself a needless trip to the mall and GO HERE! Support this business. They are the best. read more

I have to say that this Dickies Uniform Shop do have many options of scrubs compared to other Dickies store, but tbh this Dickies store need to open on time. One time I came at 1:40, but the store has a sign saying they will be back at 1:45. I waited until 2:15 still no one is back from their break or whatever. Even with the poor time management, they however provide good customer service so I will leave them with a 4 stars. read more

Rude. I grew up in Mira Mesa but would avoid this shop in future based on the guy's rude attitude.

I had last minute purchase of Women's black dickies and some black work shoes. And I was in and out within minutes. I would recommend that they stock up with women's t-shirts and belts. read more

First I was Driving to Marshalls in Mira Mesa and As I was walking in to Marshalls I look to the right and I was like hay there is a Dickies Shop in the Mira Mesa Mall oh yeh !! Of Course I am like I have to check in and walk in the store so as I walk in the Man behind the counter says hi and I walk in look around and they got lots of Scrubs and lots of Dickies Work Pants . Lots of Colors such as gray , Light gray , Brown , Kaki , Black , Blue , Green and Dickies Shorts also . Lots of Dickies Products plus they got Dickies Scrubs for Girls , Boys , Ladies , pretty much any type of work clothes for all sorts of people . As I look around I notice The Price for a Regular Pair of Dickies Work Pants 874 Style it is 24.99 a little bit more then Wal-Mart but it is the color selection they have here that is why I say you should check this store out . They also have a Rack with Sale Scrubs too so If you want to save money please check out the Sale Racks !! The Price is a little high for Dickies but I do enjoy coming here because of Selection . My overall experience is good and I shall Return again to see if any new Dickies arrive . read more

Don't ever shop here. The store basically has a no refund policy for clothes or shoes. They consider it "worn" if you walk outside the shop. I bought a pair of shoes and they wouldn't even look at the condition of them when I tried to return them the same day after having worn them for an hour. I will never go here again. $50 down the drain. read more
