She chose a pair of Irish Setter boots that felt great in the store, but after wearing them around the house for a while, they started to feel too narrow. When we called, the associate told us to bring them back and explained our options: we could try the next wider size or have the boots professionally stretched. After trying on the wider pair, my daughter decided to have the original boots stretched instead. She wore them on a hiking trip shortly afterward and found them to be very comfortable. Pick up and delivery service is unreliable. They missed pick ups and deliveries many times. The…read morelast time they did not deliver my clothes for a week and a half (they should be delivered in 4 days). I called to see where my clothes were. They showed up the next day but after leaving 2 messages saying I want to speak to someone about the issue, no one has called after 2 weeks. Also, used the wash and fold service. Folding was not professionally done, there were wrinkles in my shirts and I always had to refold everything. There is another company that does better for a lower price.
