The job was perfectly in my price range ($30) when I had no clue what the job would have cost in general. I'm just thrilled that I could wear these shoes after having them stored in my closet for two years after buying them off eBay and fretting that I would never be able to wear them!

I took delivery of my redwings after leaving em though the holidays- took about 4 weeks, I've had others take 6 or more. I got a vibram Resole and just look at em! In 6months when I need another Resole I'll be back. They might just have to do my Ariats and anything else I can think of. The shop is a small place, old fashioned, with two people working there. They were both friendly and helpful. Getting a repair done in a couple hours seems to be unheard of these days. Thanks to them, my favorite sandals are back on my feet. There are expensive parking meters everywhere in this neighborhood, which is great because you can find a parking spot and get rid of your pocket change--- just make sure to bring that pocket change, because you aren't parking for free in this area, and you WILL get a ticket if you try.
