There are two documents (about 20 pages of terms) that you have to approve of if you want to use the site to make an appointment. I don't have time to read that ?*&$. So, I tried to call the store to make an appointment. The system will not allow me to talk to someone to make the appointment. The website shows three appointments available yet today, and more on Monday and Tuesday. Since the store is only 10 minutes from my home, I drove over to set the appointment, in person. I found a sign in the window saying that the store will be closed for 2 hours. It was. I returned after the two hours to find only one staffer there, only she was the one who was happy to lie to me the last time I was buying glasses. I asked for an appointment for today, as the website showed three appointments available. She reported that the doctor is on vacation. Being a lot vexed, I asked to talk to the manager. She said she was the manager. I said I want to report the problem with the website, the phone, the unscheduled store closed hours and the incorrect information about appointments being available. I asked who her manager was, and asked how I could reach that person. She replied that her only contact is by email. She told me there was no name or number I could call. She said I could contact customer service. While there, I did set up an appointment with Dr. Ahmed, for an exam on another date. He is great, very attentive, friendly and thorough. Upon returning home I called Visionworks "Customer Service". I was greeted by a computer voice that tried to sound like a human, which only presented a sales pitch on a free medical ID item. The presentation wouldn't stop and after a minute I hung up. Summary, screwed up website, phone system, store manager and home office customer service. The company doesn't realize what's going on, or doesn't care about customer. They don't deserve my or your business. I will take my prescription from Dr. Ahmad to another store.

When I looked at the website that morning and saw they had a music room, I was thrilled--I'm just beginning my own sound healing journey and have started collecting instruments like crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. What happened during our visit was something I couldn't have planned, and I'm still in awe of it. We were welcomed so warmly, and while we were browsing, my younger nephew found the music room and was greeted by the kindest soul--Chloe. She truly made our visit magical. Her kindness, passion, and care created a memory for us I will always treasure. The boys were fascinated by the instruments, and we all learned so much. I feel like the universe gifted us this moment--and it gave me a way to introduce my new passion to my family in such a natural and joyful way. We each left with meaningful stones, a deeper appreciation for the healing power of music, and a sense of connection that I hope continues to grow. Everyone we met was kind and helpful--but truly, the brightest gem in the whole shop was Chloe. Her energy, presence, and generosity of spirit turned our visit into something magical. I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! I have been having eye issues and I can't thank the Johnson Eye Care team for being so patient and focused on helping me. I have been wearing glasses since I have been a kid and was extremely impressed with how sophisticated all of the equipment their equipment was. It's extremely professional and was able to get to the root of the issues with my issue while Dr Schoepke did a deep look into what I have going on. Being that I am a very technical person ... I was geeking out with all the gear the have ( can you tell ). Oh btw no Air blowing in your eyes here to check your pressure... on top of it Dr Schoepke said those tests are no very reliable. Here's the deal... a year ago I was told from sketchy Dr in the western suburbs that I have a rare eye issue and I would have to go to Canada to stop for going blind in the future. I was relieved that this is not true and the issue I have just needs to be monitored. I have had a weight on my shoulders since that last visit.... I can believe I waited this long. This is a franchise location not a corporate store, the owner Dawn also serves as the manager. Customer service and accuracy are terms that she and her sister Mary have never heard of. When purchasing glasses, they are unable to get them to fit properly and you will have to go elsewhere to have them fitted. Mary worked for almost half an hour, and could not get my glasses fitted properly. I kept telling her they were crooked, I could see the top of the frame lower on one side than the other, and I could also see it in the mirror. Of course, Mary told me that I was crazy and that they fit absolutely fine . The employees of the store are always nitpicking and nagging at each other, Mary is always complaining about everyone else that works in the store, how they're all stupid, late, incapable, and trying to put herself on a pedestal. Beware when it comes to insurance billing, they really have a scam going there. They try to file your vision appointment under medical rather than vision insurance because the payout from the insurance company is greater under medical. Then, of course, the doctor will be out of network so they will try to charge you the out of network co-pay. The doctor will give you coupons for eyedrops and eye wipes, but of course they've expired at least a year in advance, so they have no value. When you try to point out to Mary and Dawn where they are wrong, they do nothing but put you down, tell you you're old and stupid, you don't know what you're talking about. The owner of this store owns five other locations also. Before going to a Pearle vision location, I would ask if they are a corporate store, or privately franchised, or if they are a part of ZIVA optical. If they are part of ZIVA, I would recommend finding a different corporate owned location. There you get good customer service, and quality care. It will be worth driving further for the difference in attitude of employees and Care. In short, AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!
