That's when he finally responded and told me he had double-booked my date. He then tried to blame a "booking agent," even though I booked with him directly and paid him directly. To make it worse, he tried to send me to a different location 20 minutes away. After being ignored for weeks and having to chase him down myself, I had zero confidence trusting him again. The worst part? He still has not returned my deposit. Despite canceling on me, he has refused to give my money back, leaving me with no choice but to pursue legal action just to recover what I'm owed. This was extremely unprofessional, stressful, and costly. If you're planning an event, be very careful. Based on my experience, this business cannot be trusted to honor bookings or communicate responsibly.
