When I checked in, I was introduced to a new salesperson, Travis. Travis is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. After test driving the car, Travis walked me through the Carfax report item by item explaining what everything meant. Travis did an outstanding job explaining the titling for manufacturer buyback vehicles which helped me understand why the vehicle was returned to the manufacturer and the repair that was needed. Travis was extremely patient and open to all questions I had. The next day when I returned to test drive a different car, it was ready and waiting for me. In the end, I didn't purchase a vehicle.
