Tawnny advertises all over TikTok claiming she can get people approved with $1,000 down, says she…read more"never needs a co-signer," and tells people they're "pre-approved" before they even step foot in the dealership. But somehow when you ask actual details, suddenly everything has to be discussed "in person because of privacy issues." I was 100% upfront BEFORE my credit was ever run. I told her exactly what my credit situation looked like and exactly how much I had for a down payment because I was NOT about to drive 45 minutes with my 2-year-old just to waste my time. So how exactly was I "pre-approved"? Because once I got there, all of a sudden my information had to be rerun, the bank had to be called, and the story completely changed. If you already knew what you were "working with," why advertise guaranteed approvals and act like the deal was basically done? What makes this even worse is that she encourages people with similar credit situations to drive HOURS based on these promises. Imagine driving 2+ hours expecting a vehicle because someone online assured you you'd be approved, just to get blindsided in person. The second I said I was screenshotting everything and calling out the false advertising, I was immediately blocked. Comments from other people questioning the same thing mysteriously disappear too. At this point, I will be posting the screenshots and documenting every interaction publicly because people deserve transparency before wasting their time, gas, credit inquiries, and money. I'm also exploring legal action regarding the misleading advertising and business practices involved here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - A COSTLY NIGHTMARE:…read more This dealership sold me a vehicle that was a ticking time bomb. Within weeks of purchase, my Jeep began showing serious mechanical issues -- including a failed head gasket, cylinder problems, and other major engine failures. These were not minor wear-and-tear issues. These were catastrophic failures that no reputable dealer should have overlooked, let alone sold to an unsuspecting buyer. They assured me the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition. That was a lie. The repairs ended up costing thousands of dollars (almost $10,000k in repairs), and the warranty they sold me conveniently excluded coverage for the most expensive repairs. When I turned to the dealership for help, they were evasive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. If you're thinking of buying from this place -- DON'T. You could be walking into a financial trap with no safety net. I have filed formal complaints with state and federal agencies due to their deceptive sales practices. This experience has been mentally, financially, and emotionally draining. Protect yourself. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership should be avoided at all costs.

We had 3 cars we wanted to see and had them all (plus 2 others) test driven within an hour. C3 offers a wide variety of very well maintained vehicles. They matched another dealerships offer on our trade-in and Danny helped us with financing. Chris made sure we were comfortable in the "living room" while we waited to sign paperwork. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a previously owned car.

My husband and I found a car we really liked at this dealership. A used Mercedes-Benz CLS550 they listed for $12,900. The car was stunning. Almost too stunning. We decided to purchase it and offered Ricky the full asking price. We needed extra cash to pay for taxes etc., So we asked him to hold the car and we would get the rest of the money to complete the deal the next day. We were so excited about this car that we could not sleep. We got the cash, drove to Lone Star Auto. The attitude changed. It's as if they realized the underpriced the car. Ricky said in a non-caring way, we can't sell you the car because we have no title. This is a LIE, because we spoke to other car dealerships and told them what happened. Why didn't Ricky mention that to us the day before we offered to buy the car for FULL ASKING PRICE? Typical shady car dealership. We wasted our time and emotions on them. Do not trust these people. PS. We ended up at the great dealership Car Land in Garland. We bought another Mercedes Benz full asking price. However, their customer service, honesty, and professionalism are worth a five star!
