I dig this pizza joint and here's why: Eclectic indoor & outdoor decor. The patio has seating, a stage area, murals, and artwork. The interior is hodgepodge kitsch. Welcoming environment not only with the decor but the service as well. Now about that pie... We had pepperoni with a perfectly cooked crust, fresh cheese, and flavorful pepperoni cups with a slight spice. The sauce has a unique flavor that I can't quite put my finger on. There was an underlying hint of sweet mixed with a robust tomato flavor. So tasty. I'll be a repeat customer.

Excellent Neopolitan style pizza. I got the Margherita ($14) and Pepperoni ($15) delivered. The dough is perfectly charred, soft and fluffy and flavorful with the perfect amount of milky cheese and crispy "cup" pepperoni. Hits all marks for an outstanding Neopolitan pizza. Can't speak the service or interior because I ordered delivery. It came in about 30 minutes. I suppose the only mistake was the pizza wasn't cut into 6 as we had requested, but ah well.

Pepperoni pizza with "extra" Pepperoni and "crispy" crust. Going back in the oven because it's barely cooked. Disappointed .

I love this place usually. Today, I ordered the pepperoni on crispy crust with extra pepperoni. I got the napoleon crust and no extra pepperoni. The pizza was barely cooked. First time I've been disappointed with this place. What's up Show Me?

Cute little place for great Neapolitan pizzas! My favorite here is the Cashville Hot chicken. Great crust and interesting toppings. They have an outdoor patio as well as indoor seating. It's seems to be popular for takeout as well!

BEST GLUTEN FREE CRUST EVER!!! We came to try the gluten free pizza crust for me and even my fiancée loved it! It was amazing - so flavorful and still doughy like, not all hard and crunchy like most gf crusts! Service was great, pizza comes out so fast! We also ordered the Cesar salad and meatball plate - both incredible. Meatballs are so yummy with the sauce and not dry at all! Very cute indoor seating and outdoor seating with live band playing tonight (Friday)! We were super impressed - we will be back for gf pizza again no doubt.

Vegan Margherita with Cauliflower crust GF, Vegan cheese, pepperoni and bacon $28.50

Ordered from Uber Eats with a gluten and dairy allergy and had a great experience. Lots of customizable options, and didn't get sick. The gluten-free crust was soft and chewy. It wasn't hard. The tomato sauce was not acidic, which was nice. The dairy free cashew based mozzarella/vegan cheese was also very nice and presentation was a 10. Typically pizza with a lot of toppings or gluten-free crust burns faster and mine was a little burnt so I couldn't eat the crust but other than that it was great.

Alright y'all, we dream about this pizza between visits. It's been our favorite for the last two years. There is so much care put into it and the flavors absolutely smack your tastebuds into what I call my happy place. The DOMO ARRABIATTA MR. ROBOTO is easily our favorite. Spicy and a little sweet. Today we tried the new CARBONE COPY SPICY VODKA! It was delicious, though our Texan tastebuds do not find it spicy. Ambiance is chill, great for friends or a date. Or middle of the day pizza craving. Very welcoming and inviting. Benjamin, the owner, is so friendly and always remembers us. Try it. You'll like it. You'll wanna get more. You're welcome.

This was my first visit to their brick and mortar after trying them at an event. The place is small, but feels homey. There is also an outdoor space. It's somewhere you would def go for a casual day out or perfect to grab and go. There is not much parking but there are many surrounding roads to park around. You go up to the counter and order your food. We got a Margherita and Vodka pizza. The vodka pizza is amazing. The pizza is very fresh and tasty. They have wines as well which is nice! The people at the place are very nice. It is def authentic! I would def recommend trying their pizza!

I ordered the pepperoni on cauliflower crust and added pineapple through DoorDash. Too hungry to complain and luckily I believe in second chances. Crust was pretty burnt lol

Perfectly sized to share, these pizzas were packed full of flavor. Beware of the hot honey because it is hot! The toppings were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. I could eat the pizza plain the bread is so good and crispy. The pizzas were done cooking and ready to eat so fast I couldn't believe it! Parking in front is minimal but there is street parking close by. The building is on the older looking side but the air conditioning kept us very cool inside.

A very good pizza spot. Parking is tricky but we had the 50 first dates and the margarita. The pizza crust was a little crispy and chewy.. the sauce was nice and flavorful and the cheese was gooey! Great little spot!

We're visiting from Los Angeles and ordered pizza. I got a gluten free pizza and my partner got a regular pizza. He liked it but not better than LA. I think this is the best gluten free pizza I've ever had BUT my pizza was very burnt. Not just the crust, but the underside too. It was good, but could have been great.

Best gluten free gf pizza I've ever had in my life. Don't think this can be topped!! It was like... like real pizza! I got the Carbone Copy Spicy Vodka and added pepperoni. Wish I lived in Austin, I'd come here all the time!

Hi! What are the ingredients in the cauliflower crust option?

I had it today and asked -- it's cauliflower and white rice flour based, and it's vegan so no dairy or eggs. If you call they can share the ingredients with you!

I'm wondering what kind of vegan cheese is an option?

Hey there! We make a vegan mozzarella in house using a cashew base. we top it with a cashew based pecorino. We hope you love it as many others have.

Well, I was wrong, this is the best pizza I've ever had I'm usually keto, so I normally don't eat the crust edge. But this time, I actually ate the crust first before getting to the toppings. They come four to an order, but I wasn't sure I wanted that many. Kat told me I could order just one, which was really nice. Unfortunately, this one wasn't my favorite, a little too doughy for me. And then there was the Tiramisu. Wow! It's so good, not overly sweet like other tiramisu and the texture is light, fluffy, and smooth. They were busy during my visit, but the service was still great. I've spent my life chasing the perfect crust, comparing everything from the legendary pie shops in Manhattan to the pristine corner slices in Pittsburgh. I didn't think Austin could pull off truly authentic pizza. I was dead wrong. Baldinucci is absolute sorcery. The moment I took a bite of their Roman-style pizza, I was instantly thrown back to the tiny, narrow pizzerias I stumbled into in Italy. It has that exact, hyper-specific airy crunch that is so incredibly hard to replicate outside of Europe. The dough is clearly fermented with patience. It's light, shatteringly crisp on the bottom, and has those beautiful, irregular air pockets that give it a pillowy structure without ever feeling heavy. Let's talk about the sauce, because that's where most places fail. It isn't that sugary, paste-heavy stuff you find at standard joints. It is vibrant, bright, and tastes intensely of sun-ripened tomatoes and clean olive oil. It is remarkably fresco; striking that perfect balance where the acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese without overwhelming the palate. The vibe inside the West Lake spot is casual and unpretentious, but they take their craft seriously. Food service is streamlined and efficient; you order at the counter, and they pop the slices back into the oven so they land at your table screaming hot. The staff is genuinely proud of what they're slinging, and they should be. If you are an East Coast transplant drowning in a sea of mediocre pies, do yourself a favor and get over to West Lake. It's the real deal. PS: The gelato flavors are also sorcery. However, a review of their gelato is for another time. I must continue to savor the pie for now.
