Showmars is a great place for breakfast. I didn't know that they serve breakfast until recently. It is more a full service experience in the morning, the service is excellent and price is great. Great family dinner on a Tuesday Night. This location offers half price kids meals and a balloon artist for the kids. My son loved his balloon elephant. I really enjoyed my veggie pita add chicken. Opened in 2003, this location has become very tired? My go to is Flounder & Onion Rings and last night did not disappoint. Splurged and tried their $4.00 CARROT CAKE - don't bother! Showmars is a chain that has a variety of menu options. With COVID19 we have been ordering pick up and going to the drive thru. We get a the chicken pita, grilled chicken chef salad, Greek salad, and pita burger. All options are delicious. Showmars also has breakfast which is another thing to keep in mind! The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. They have a lighter menu option which is good for people like me that try to eat healthy most of the time. read more

Food & drink! I have been here before but not in some time! I went around 7 pm tonite, I ordered a plain hamburger, fries and a milk shake. Bill was shy of $17 dollars! The hamburger was tasteless with a small circle of a tomato, and lettuce. The bun was greasy and mushy! The French fries were not crisp but very soft as though they had been out way too long! The best part was the "milk shake" for almost $5 ! It was Hersey syrup in milk! That is not a milk shake, that is chocolate drink we used to make at home! When I inquired about the milk shake a wait staff said "that is how we make our shakes", he offered to make a different shake, somehow not understanding the concept! I found the waitstaff except for one young lady, to be indifferent from the moment I entered to when I left! I have no idea what is going on the kitchen, but cooking help is needed! The customer service is terrible unfortunately but the food is good when they get your order right. I often order to go and I must say they get my order wrong at least 60% of the time. The entire staff is very young and there is an obvious lack of training. I have tried to be patient and want to support the Showmars in my community but I will not be going back to this location after speaking with management most recently. They seemed to dismiss my concerns and only replied " it wasn't their fault " my order was wrong for at least the 10th time. The manager said they were not doing it on purpose. This place has a drive through, but it's for pick up orders only. You need to have already ordered, there is no menu on the drive through. I waited in that line for nothing. Very dumb. I had to park and walk in to order. I got a gyro, which was fine but not at all great. This is not a Greek place so the gyro is not at all authentic tasting. I think they just put sour cream on it, not tzatziki sauce. However, I got a small cup of potato soup and it was REALLY good! A bit expensive at $4 for a small cup, but it's delicious. read more

I can't believe how much I paid for a cheeseburger combo with onion rings and a drink! I'm absolutely shocked that I paid $14 bucks for food, A CHEESEBURGER! I ordered over he phone without looking at the menus, that was my first mistake. So the server asked if I wanted to make my meal a combo and I said sure. Here I am thinking when you go anywhere else and get a combo, it's a few dollars more. Had I known that I would be charged $4.99 extra for onion rings and $2.99 for a drink, I would've NEVER ordered the combo. What is wrong with you people charging so much for a hamburger and onion rings?!? As I'm typing this review, I'm still shaking my head in disbelief. I would love to hear from management just to hear their justification for charging prices this high for bar food. I can only imagine how much the chicken tenders are God help you if you order fish! We decided to try this place because of all the commercials about their famous fish sandwich and we happen to have one close by. I was a little skeptical of a place who claims to serve Greek and Southern, not two things that generally pair up. Staff was friendly for the most part and the manager was serious about food coming out quickly and correctly. Food was OK. While I know that the commercials and stock photos are never what you get this was the furthest I've seen. The famous fish sandwich had a small piece of fish within two good size breads. Taste was alright, plain fish with tarter. The California Chicken Pita was mostly pita and lettuce. The small piece of chicken was hidden underneath two slices of cheese and after a few bites I thought they had forgotten the avocado spread. However I was wrong... the nickel (not quarter) size of brownish spread was in the center of the sandwich. Why advertise something if you're going to serve a portion that size? I rather you save it for something else. Taste was OK. Overall not a place I'd come running back to but if you need a quick sandwich it's not terrible. read more

My food was hot and fresh. This particular location has a drive through for pick up orders. I may use that service on a later date. I like that they have vegan options and Daniel Fast options. I've never eaten anything at Shomars, that wasn't good. The only tricky part here is parking. It's a limited number of spaces where the restaurant is, and many people parked next door and walked over. I guess I need to go early and expedite my own food or perhaps go in and take it all out on the counter to verify. They actually got it right because recently they've given us other people's food in the end order was entirely wrong, they also made four meals for my self and my family and mine was entirely wrong. There's a duplicate of another one, but not what I ordered at all and I did not purchase that one that meant that that night I did not eat dinner with my family and the final two times they have left out what I ordered or giving me something I didn't order and I'm paying 40 fucking dollars for food. I visited this location a year ago for lunch. The food was horrible. It tasted like defrosted burgers and fries. Came back to check out their "improved" menu and renovated space. It is a cleaner and crisper look inside with neutral tones. It was quite busy for a Thursday morning. Our waitress was very nice and attentive despite it being so busy. My son had the french toast and I had the Farm Fresh breakfast. The bacon was cooked to perfection. The coffee is decent as well. It was actually all very good. I was very surprised. Last night was our first time eating at Shomars and we both ordered gyros and fries. The fries were delicious, fresh and hot but the gyros was horrible. The pita was cold and very stodgy, the meat was lukewarm and there was only about one tablespoon of sauce on the meat. It was dry and very unappetizing. My husband's pita was exactly the same as mine. I ended up eating some of the meat but leaving the pita. We won't be returning. read more
