Incredible! Customer service and care was absolutely incredible. When my car got hit at Costco but some random person I was super bummed out. I just got my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek back. I am always in awe of the work that showtime does. A tree fell on my windshield, shattered it along with dents to the hood of my car, the top of the car and my mirror. Honestly my car looks brand new. First of of all this place exceeded my expectations with customer service and craftsmanship from a body shop. I called Showtime and was greeted on the phone with Mae, Mae was very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable of my repair needs. While my vehicle was being estimated by Michael I met the owners Mark and Lisa, the crew at Showtime made me feel like family rather than a customer. It is my sincere wish that the time you spend reading this will save you the unpleasant experience we suffered with Showtime Collision. Since the incident, Erica the owner/manager has threatened and harassed us. My wife was in an accident recently. Her car was towed on recommendation to Showtime Collision. We had never used them before. I checked their Yelp reviews and they seemed good. Unfortunately, I did not read the details in the negative reviews. This would come back to haunt us. My wife called and asked if Showtime would be using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. My wife was told that they would not be using OEM parts for the radiator, condenser, and some other parts. After my wife passed that information to me, I called and spoke with a woman named Holly. Holly as I was informed is the estimator for Showtime Collision. Meaning she should know the cost of parts, the importance of using OEM parts and the country of manufacture if they can't source OEM parts. From the beginning of the call, Holly had a confrontational attitude. I told her that I did not want to use Chinese parts and that I would like to use OEM parts. Not giving me a chance to finish a sentence, Holly exclaimed, "You signed an agreement with your insurance company authorizing the use of non-OEM products and we can use them!" I then explained to Holly that I wanted to avoid using Chinese parts. I explained further than in my experience working on cars, Chinese parts are often made of inferior materials, are poorly constructed and rarely fit correctly. I told her that a core component to the mechanical workings of a car is no place to skimp on spending. Additionally, using a non-OEM part may violate the vehicle's warranty should there be an issue related to the use of inferior/non-OEM parts. Holly's tone with me was condescending to say the least. She continued to talk over me and interrupt me as I tried to convey my concerns. I asked her, "Holly, can you at least find out if the parts you will be using are made in the USA?" Holly replied, "I assume so, because we get them from 1-800-RADIATOR." I told Holly that I would prefer she didn't "assume" where the parts were manufactured and asked her to call her vendor and find out for certain. Holly repeated that I signed an agreement with my insurance provider that allowed the use of non-OEM parts. I told Holly that I was only asking her to do one thing- find out of the parts they intended to use were manufactured in the USA. I asked to speak to the manager (Erica) in hopes to de-escalate the situation. Holly told me that Erica was not in the office, and I would have to deal with her. The conversation ended with Holly agreeing with me, that she wouldn't want Chinese parts on her car either and that she would call their vendor to confirm the country of origin for these parts. About 30 minutes later I got a call from Erica, the manager. I was soon to learn that Holly's unpleasant demeanor was just part of the corporate culture at Showtime Collision. I was initially expecting Erica to try to apologize for Holly's tone and resolve my concern. Instead, Erica lead with, "I was sitting right next to Holly and can tell that you like to jump in when someone is talking." Somewhat shocked at Erica's condescending tone, I was more shocked that she was lying to me. Holly said, "Erica/manager isn't here" and now Erica is telling me she was "right there." One of them was lying. Either way, neither of them did anything to help assure their customer that they would work diligently to get the correct parts for the car. I was frustrated but tried to de-escalate the situation. I told Erica that I apologized if I hadn't asked the question correctly and I was happy to try to re-phrase. I told Erica that I only wanted to know the country of manufacture for the parts and that I prefer OEM or made in the USA. Erica echoed Holly in stating that I signed an agreement with my insurance company authorizing the use of non-OEM parts. She told me, "We can't tell you where they came from. Assume the parts are Chinese. If you have another body shop that will work with you to get the OEM parts, you should call them. We're not going to do that!" In a short time Showtime had "assumed" the parts were made in the USA to assuming they were made in China. At that point I asked her to hold off on doing anything to the car while I reached out to my insurance company. We took our car elsewhere. read more

Brought my Acura in on 05/24 after my accident, I contacted my insurance and they connected me to Showtime. I received a call the following morning letting me know my insurance company had sent over the paper work and they were ready for me to bring the car in. They looked it over, took pictures, asked me a few questions and I then turned it over to them. I was updated regularly with my ETA of 06/10 letting me know the status on parts etc... To my surprise I received a call on 06/05 letting me know that my car was ready for me to pick up! 5 days sooner than expected!
