Rotating sushi! Great experience. Orders on ipad. Sashimi came out later than sushi rolls. They give trinkets at the end of the meal

4.3.26 First time here. I love the fun that is revolving sushi, and this one for dinner is all-you-can eat for $30 (plus extra for beverages). There is also an a la carte option / prices per plate, but that exact price was unclear to us. Decor is fun and a bit "kawaii" (cute), as evidenced by the giant sushi characters outside. This was a Friday night, and they were faily busy but not with a wait, so we were seated quickly. You can grab off the endless conveyor belt, and also order from the screens at each table for direct delivery via the little train. The conveyer was a good selection of rolls and lots of tempura; we used the screen ordering to get things like spicy edaname (delicious!) and specific sushis (eel, salmon, tuna, etc). This was a perfect combo of food, although it did take about 35min for our "train" order to get to us (only reason for my 4 starts or else it would be 5). But everything was very nicely presented and tasty. Staff were also very pleasant. #yum #ReviewsByRL

Quite a selection of sushi. Service was friendly and the sushi was decent. It is a bit pricey, but the sushi is all you can eat.

The sushi here tastes amazing, and the smaller serving sizes make it easy to try a lot of different rolls without getting too full. It's also really fun grabbing plates off the conveyor belt and ordering specialty items that come out separately. The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. My only complaint is that some of the rolls had a little too much cream cheese for our taste.

Weekday lunch is awesome--not crowded at all. I prefer ordering from the menu rather than picking from the conveyor belt, but it's still nice to see what they offer. There's no sashimi at lunch, but you can get tuna or salmon tataki. The space is roomy, and the seating isn't too close together.

A sushi restaurant that combines 2 of my favorite things! All-you-can-eat and the endless conveyor belt. There's a constant stream of fresh sushi that comes around, but you can also order anything from the tablet at your table. That order will be delivered to your table via model train that runs on a track above the conveyor belt. Drinks and larger items are delivered by a robot that runs the dining room floor.

This place has so much potential but very very slow. We were toward the middle of the belt loop so I feel didn't get much food from the belt Then the orders from the tablet took 30-45 mins so we got there 15 mins after they opened and stayed until 2:15 not because we kept eating but because we were waiting for the food The food that we did get was pretty good, I think they just need to either hire more cooks or don't seat all the people at the same time One of the person next to us left without much food and told the servers he didn't want to eat anymore because he waited so long for his orders

This revolving sushi bar is great and I'll definitely be back! The environment is very inviting and clean. It's neat to see the robot server buzzing around and the conveyor belts of sushi rotate through with items to grab. They play top 100 pop music in the back ground too. You can also order fresh sushi and appetizers and desserts from the touch screens as each booth/seating area. It makes it convenient to order specifically what you want if you don't see an item you're ready to pick up off the rotating belts. We stuffed ourselves for dinner! I'll definitely be back!

Been hearing about these "conveyer belt" sushi places, so had to try one! Came with 2 others that were first timers too and what an experience! It is all you can eat sushi and other items. They have a tablet at each table/booth with menu items included in the all you can eat that you can order and/or you can grab an item off the conveyer of your liking. So many sushi options, miso soup, crab Rangoon's, edamame, chicken kebabs, ice cream, and MORE! The drinks came out on a robot which was fun! The food was good quality and there were not many selections that we didn't like. Service was fast and friendly! Restaurant was clean and had alot of seating options. Had a great time! Will recommend and hopefully will be back soon!

Love love love this place. It's one price AYCE revolving sushi versus that other place that you will spend 3x as much for the same quality. Service is friendly and efficient. Best, freshest chicken fried rice I've ever had. Restaurant was clean, had nice music and cool aesthetic throughout.

Shoya Revolving Sushi in Castleton is a fun stop if you're looking for something a little different from the usual sushi mission. The revolving belt setup makes the experience feel like dining aboard a sleek starship, with plates cruising by and daring you to grab just one more. There's a solid selection rolling through, and the food was good across the board. Nothing wildly out of the ordinary compared to a standard all you can eat sushi spot, but everything was fresh, well prepared, and satisfying. Sometimes you don't need experimental Force powers, just reliable execution. What really sets Shoya apart is the experience itself. Watching the sushi glide past adds a playful element that makes it great for families or anyone who wants dinner to feel a little more interactive. Overall, it's a unique and enjoyable way to do sushi in Castleton. Not reinventing the galaxy, but definitely a fun ride worth taking. Would happily come back for another lap around the belt.

We love Shoya because it's more than a meal, it's an experience. The sushi is good not great but that's to be expected for any buffet style place. However, having your food delivered by train and your drinks by robot is super fun. We took our toddler and she loved it! Fortunately our kiddo is adventurous but if yours isn't, they have fries and nuggets included on the menu!

Shoya is the new go to sushi spot! They just opened a couple of weeks ago and let me tell you for an Ayce restaurant, it doesnt disappoint. You can take from the conveyor belt or order on the pad. It is fast and fresh! They even have sashimi which is a rarity. I'm excited to see this restaurant grow and hopefully soon it will have the prizes as well :)

The fish was so fresh, and you could genuinely taste the nori, which makes a huge difference. We branched out and tried the Kumamoto oysters too. Worth it. They're tinier than your typical oyster and came with a range of flavors from the seasonings and sauces. Honestly, we wish they'd been served more simply because we wanted to compare them to the ones we've had in Japan, and all the sauce made that tough. Still a fun order though. Skip the Seafood Pot, in our opinion. It tasted like Bird's Nest to us and just wasn't anything special compared to everything else. Bottom line: come for the sushi. It's the standout, and it's what'll bring us back. With ramen, hibachi, bubble tea, and a full bar also on the menu, there's plenty to explore on a return visit.

All of my loved ones were there to celebrate my birthday, and paired with such amazing food it made it a magical night. It was a Tuesday night and was fairly busy, but we passed any downtime chatting with each other and sipping on cocktails. The owner, Nara, is SO kind, sweet, gracious, I could go on and on. You can tell she really loves her job and running a business. The staff were so attentive for such a large party and made sure we always had fresh cocktails, water refills, and empty plates were removed promptly. We had vegetarians, peanut allergies, and picky eaters, but they accommodated everyone. I think my husband and I ended up splitting 5 sushi rolls total (still dreaming of them) and the table pretty much split multiple appetizers across the board. Everyone loved their cocktails, appetizers, and entrees. When I thanked Nara for such an amazing dinner and let her know it was my first time dining there and that it was my birthday she brought out a round of lychee sake shots for the table and started playing a happy birthday song throughout the restaurant. Literally almost cried because it was so sweet and thoughtful. The sake was crazy delicious and a hit for the whole table. The only *minor* downside was that each cocktail was made individually by what seemed to be just one bartender, so it took some time for drinks to come out. Again, otherwise a perfect meal, but keep that in mind and be patient for drinks to come out! My husband and I's favorite sushi haunt has always been Mori Sushi before now, but now I cannot wait to come back to Hasuno for more amazing appetizers and sushi rolls!!! They have a small parking lot that fills up fast, but there is always lots of street parking in fountain square. It's a great spot for dinner and easily walkable to other spots for nightcaps to end the evening.

Let's start with price- yes it's a little pricey. But I understand they are making up for the cost of the downtown location. Definitely a place to go on special occasions if your budget is not set up to splurge here. Would love to see a happy hour menu here so more people can try the food. Next is the quality of the food, which IMO, justifies the price. "Less is more" is so important when it comes to sushi rice. I love being able to get sushi and not feel so full because the minimally necessary amount of rice was used and doesn't leave you full after one roll. All of the special rolls we liked in the following order. 1) Bonfire 2) Orange Blossom 3) Cherry Blossom 4) Trish 5) Emperor 6)Thursday The miso soup was perfect and priced at $3. The drinks and gyoza were good too, but not too special. I would definitely save my appetizer/beverage $ for the rolls. We ordered smoked salmon, hamachi, and scallop sashimi. Scallop was our favorite for the sashimi, but all were amazing. The star (and priciest) of our dinner we did not capture, but it was the Maduro Nigiri. The quality was very good and fatty, I thought it tasted like Hara-naka. Service was great. No wait. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I'm not a fan of raw sushi, so I always get the sweet potato roll and/or the stop 11 roll. We ordered DoorDash last night and added the tomago roll and it will be added to my favorites at Sushi Club. The stop 11 roll was all gone before I could snap a picture, but there are pictures uploaded by other users. Note: I do substitute soy wrapper instead of seaweed and I add cream cheese to the tomago and sweet potato rolls. It's $2 extra but well worth it. As far as pricing goes, when you order DoorDash there is a slight up-charge, but it's still fair pricing. We got three rolls for $40 with tip and service fees. Three people ate, so overall not a bad deal. If you want to dine in, they do offer AYCE made to order appetizers and sushi. The restaurant itself is no frills, but it's a good bargain if you can eat a good amount of food. If you don't like something, tell the server and don't just leave it on your plate at the end because you'll be charged extra if you leave a certain number of pieces. If you're a light eater like me and AYCE isn't for you, there is a full menu to order from. If you haven't tried this place, give them a shot!
