Sushi Club is THE best! Their sushi is always fresh and consistently delicious. They have a wide variety of options and there's something on the menu for everyone. I'm not a fan of raw sushi, so I always get the sweet potato roll and/or the stop 11 roll. We ordered DoorDash last night and added the tomago roll and it will be added to my favorites at Sushi Club. The stop 11 roll was all gone before I could snap a picture, but there are pictures uploaded by other users. Note: I do substitute soy wrapper instead of seaweed and I add cream cheese to the tomago and sweet potato rolls. It's $2 extra but well worth it. As far as pricing goes, when you order DoorDash there is a slight up-charge, but it's still fair pricing. We got three rolls for $40 with tip and service fees. Three people ate, so overall not a bad deal. If you want to dine in, they do offer AYCE made to order appetizers and sushi. The restaurant itself is no frills, but it's a good bargain if you can eat a good amount of food. If you don't like something, tell the server and don't just leave it on your plate at the end because you'll be charged extra if you leave a certain number of pieces. If you're a light eater like me and AYCE isn't for you, there is a full menu to order from. If you haven't tried this place, give them a shot! I love how fresh the rolls are. All you can eat for $25, that comes with a soup or salad and an appetizer. The appetizer plates are small but cute. The Host and our server were super sweet. They were quick and efficient in here. Our food came out fresh and hot. I would say the only thing I did read/wasn't mentioned was that you can only order a certain amount of rolls per person/per table with the all you can eat. That wasn't a problem, I just thought I was missing food. All of the rolls we tried were delicious. The all you can eat is more expensive than a previous all you can eat sushi restaurant I visited but this location was closer to the house and the food didn't disappoint. I was tempted to do the all you can eat, with is $24 per person. But after looking at the lunch specials, I oped for a choose 3 rolls. Comes with miso soup and salad, only $13. Hubs had the sushi and sashimi lunch special for $14. We also got edamname. Specials come with soup and salad. The miso soup was nice and hot and has spinach and tiny bits of tofu. Having tried a bunch of different sushi places on DoorDash, this one has got to be my favorite. Reasonable price, beautiful ingredients, more vegetarian rolls than most places offer, well-made rolls, and the tempura sweet potato in some of my rolls was still warm and crunchy when it arrived. Plus: NO MAYONNAISE-BASED SAUCE ON ANY OF MY ROLLS! (Blechh mayonnaise!) Yes, it would be lovely if they offered a wider selection of fish (I am tremendously fond of saba), and MAN, I'd love a proper ume-shiso roll (or a tsukemono platter), but for cheer-me-up late-evening sushi in my pajamas, can't be beat. read more

Smallish dining room but nice ambiance, busy without being hectic. Our server was great, extremely polite and attentive without being intrusive. Neither of us felt up to having the all-you-can-eat sushi so we ordered off the menu. I got the 3-rolls lunch special and my husband got the sushi lunch special with a Crazy Mango roll as well. We also had gyoza as an appetizer. The miso soup that came with the lunches seemed to be chicken-broth-based but it was okay. Probably my least favorite thing about the meal. The gyoza was delicately pan-fried with a decent gyoza dipping sauce on the side. The salad was fresh and crisp with a standard ginger dressing on it. I chose two salmon rolls and a sweet potato roll for my 3-roll lunch, cut extra small. The chef did a great job accomodating my request for small pieces (he must've had an extra-sharp knife). The salmon rolls were good, but the sweet potato roll was AWESOME. My husband liked the nigiri he was served and the California roll was good. The Crazy Mango roll was sweet "and had a lot going on" (his words). He liked it better not dipped in soy sauce, as it was sweet with the small pieces of mango. Overall a very nice lunch. My husband and I have been coming here for months and it's one of his favorite spots because it has affordable unlimited sushi! While there are some rules, we tend to always finish our meals. They have a variety of different foods to choose from so if you don't like sushi, it's not a problem, there's options for you to try (like fried rice, cooked sushi options, etc) it's pretty peaceful and on the weekends they do get a bit busy but the staff is always incredibly kind and make sure they provide great service. This is now my go-to sushi place. No one can beat Sushi Club. 1. This is a made-to-order, yet all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. It sounds dreamy but it's real. 2. Their menu offers varieties. The menu includes nigiri, sashimi, rolls, specialty rolls AND appetizers! 3. The service is great and fast. They are very attentive. I have been eating sushi here for a few years now. It's an all you can eat spot. They have a diverse selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, ngiri, soups and salads. They do not have a dessert menu on the all you can eat portion, but on their regular menu they have several cool options including fried cheese cake. The rolls tend to be well made; firm and tight rolled. I'd like to mention that the crab ragoon here is delicious!! Six sake options are available (including the traditional warm), eight wine options (including plum), and eight beer options (including Sapporo and Anahi). The downfall is that when they are busy it is slow service. Several times I've been here and it's taken at least 20 minutes to be seated and then another hour to get food. Then we felt uncomfortable because she was not changing gloves often then we asked her to change waitress or remove her gloves. Ordered twice this week as it was the only option available to us as far as sushi open at the time. The first time the avocado on the 3 rolls we bought was brown, second time ordering today, something totally different and the fish on the yellowtail roll was honestly foul tasting. Almost like it had been either frozen and thawed, clearly not fresh.. or just sat out for hours I believe it was the latter of the two. Also asked for low sodium soy sauce and didn't get any. I just moved here from the Northside but will say I don't recommend this place. The sauce that came with the Rangoon had so much pepper in it that it made the sauce overpowering and not to my liking. I'm used to a sweeter sauce. Definitely wouldn't recommend. The sushi is edible but mediocre, but also it's a buffet where you can try anything you want. So...know what you are paying for. Apparently weekends have larger menus, and it was about $22. I liked that there were appetizers and salads included, plus noodle options, along with the sushi. I got quite a few items. My opinions: APPETIZERS Crab Rangoon was too liquid-y in the middle. I was not a fan. Dumplings were a 7/10. Lo mein noodles with chicken were pretty good noodles (not into the chicken tho). SUSHI There's a special raw roll that has salmon tempura with salmon on top as well. I love salmon but this needed something - maybe the fish eggs or something else to flavor it. Their wasabi is surprisingly really hot, so I had to carefully put some on. The Alaskan roll was alright. I got some fish on rice (I forget the name) and that was ok. Smoked salmon probably had the best flavor. Overall, it was fun to try many items. But the food was not memorable. For the same price I could go to Ichiban and have 2-4 amazing rolls (mix of regular or special rolls) or some other place where a $22 entree is baller. Great deal if you get the all you can eat! We regularly go here to satisfy our sushi craving. The special rolls are great...I always forget the names but we try a bunch and always end up liking all of them and loving more than half of them! We order a selection of the appetizers sometimes and it's fun that you can get a small plate of something like lo mein, tempura shrimp or shiu mai...among other things. The miso soup and house salad are great sides to get if you are going more traditional. This has become a regular spot because we can get all we want, focus on sushi rolls, get some a la carte pieces of sushi, or grab some lo mein or other appetizers! The ambiance is basic, nothing special, and the service is as prompt as it can be I think. With the sushi made to order, and there's usually several tables I expect to wait a few minutes for the sushi to be made. Sushi Club is worth visiting on the weekend, when sashimi and a wider variety of rolls, appetizers & raw items reappear on the menu. I'd especially recommend waiting until the weekend, if you dislike Americanized sushi rolls (i.e. fried, "crab", mayo-heavy, cream cheese cooked fish, etc.) and less creative menu items. On the weekends, yellowtail sashimi and black pepper tuna reappear, as well as the delicious "Dancing Yellowtail" roll with raw yellowtail, jalapeno, tobiko & avocado. I always arrive at Sushi Club starving, but end up getting full pretty quick...it makes me want to perform a cost analysis over whether the all-you-can-eat price is worthwhile. The quality of fish seems to vary week to week, but we've tended to always enjoy the raw salmon offerings. Presentation is fairly decent, especially in consideration of the mass-quantity of items the kitchen has to produce. Your selected food items don't always arrive in a predictable order and soups/salads sometimes never arrive. Service is efficient and minimally friendly, and the atmosphere is much better than the west-side 10th St. location. I would recommend visiting on the weekend and trying the more unique menu items...or if it's your thing, blast thru the fried cream-cheese crabstick rolls on the cheap, whatever. read more
