Unfortunately, the service was a different story. You order and tip at the counter before being served, then find your own table. Once seated, it was unclear whether food would be brought out, whether our name would be called inside, or what the process was. No one ever came outside to check on us, offer napkins, provide condiments, or ask if we needed anything. I eventually sent my 11-year-old daughter inside to ask for napkins. The restaurant was not busy, and there appeared to be plenty of staff on hand. However, it felt like everyone was focused on cleaning and closing for the night rather than taking care of the guests who were still dining. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the tipping process. Since gratuity is collected before any service is provided, it's difficult to know what level of service you're rewarding. If I returned, I would likely skip the pre-tip option and bring cash to tip afterward based on the actual experience. The food was excellent, but the lack of service left a lasting impression. Based solely on the meal, I'd absolutely return. Based on the service, I'm not sure I would.

He never expressed any concern about its placement and provided excellent service throughout the time we were there. Unfortunately, our experience quickly changed when the manager approached our table. She informed us that she wanted to move our stroller so she could seat another guest beside us. We politely explained that we needed the stroller where it was for our newborn. Rather than accepting our answer or attempting to find another solution, she took it upon herself to move the stroller anyway, physically pushing it despite our objection. In doing so, she struck my father's leg with it. It wasn't simply the request that was upsetting--it was the complete disregard for our response and the lack of basic courtesy. We never raised our voices or acted unreasonably. We were simply trying to enjoy a meal with our newborn, and instead we were made to feel like an inconvenience. We decided to leave without eating because the atmosphere had become so uncomfortable. It's heartbreaking that what should have been a cherished family milestone is now remembered for all the wrong reasons. I do want to recognize our server, Zachery, who was warm, professional, and did everything he could to make us feel welcome. My disappointment lies solely with the management.
