My favorite dishes in order of good to great are the, fish tacos, bean & cheese burritos, and carnitas tacos. Everything but the pastor is made in the truck and its super popular among locals. They were nice enough to cover the tacos in foil to keep them warm when we went to find the bathroom real quick (paying only) The tripas taco is the best I've had. Slight crisp with some gumminess, it's quite clean and not heavy, perfect with onion and cilantro. Their red sauce is quite spicy btw, so don't pour it over your taco. The pastor didn't feel heavy but was oily and the meat was tender too with adequate flavor, not salty or too seasoned. They were both seasoned but not heavy on the stomach. And best of all, corn tortillas!! The mulita was on the oily side, had a little bit of a crust but definitely will make you food coma. No cheese stretch. Overall, great taco place :) not too heavy. I visit Havana Grill whenever I want some tasty oxtail.  I noticed oxtail was one of the specials.  Last time I visited the oxtail was on the regular menu and you could order it anytime. Oxtail was extremely tender and juicy.  The mix of beef flavor and the spices in the sauce were delicious.  This is my favorite oxtail dish in town. French fries were crisp and had a delicious fried flavor.  The oil was fresh and there was no aftertaste.  Excellent fries. Pineapple upside down cake was dense and did not have a fresh baked aura.  The outside part was starting to harden like it was getting stale so I guess it was baked at least a day ago.  Cake had a mostly mild flavor.  I didn't taste the pineapple though the top was lined with it.  I did taste a ton of ginger flavor.  It appears pieces of ginger were mixed in with the pineapple.  I love ginger as part of soy/ginger seasoning for fish but not in a cake.  This is one of the worst pineapple upside down cakes I have had.  My favorite is at Roy's where you have to give them 30 minute notice and they bake it to order.  Roy's version was piping hot out of the oven, was moist and fluffy, with amazing pineapple flavor. Staff provided fast and friendly service.

Perfectly cooked and quite the cheesiness I didn't expect in the burrito... I loved it. The mulitas was just right and hasn't missed for me... one of my go-to orders. Love that the sauces are always accessible and freshly refilled. I always tell myself to try something else but I end up getting the same thing. Thank goodness there always in the same spot too where there's a decent amount of parking and street parking.

My friend and I ordered 8 tacos -- 2 cabeza, 2 adobada, 2 birria, and 2 carne asada. Everything was really tasty and well-prepared. The cabeza and birria were the highlights, both offering such succulent, well-stewed meats. The salsas were super yummy as well, especially the salsa verde (the tomatillo one not the avocado one), which brought amazing flavor to each taco, with a magical effect on the birria.
